Casa La Riega del Peral: Naturaleza, Vistas y Tranquilidad cerca de Potes

Enjoy a peaceful stay at Casa La Riega del Peral, set in nature on nearly one hectare of land surrounded by pine forests, offering stunning views and tranquility. Located about 800 m from Potes via the main road, the house has direct and private access. Within 1 km, you’ll find medical services, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and sports facilities.



The house has two floors and a garage. On the first floor, a covered panoramic porch lets you enjoy over 180º of breathtaking landscape, from the peaks of Pico Tres Mares and Peña Labra to the eastern massif of Picos de Europa. The porch is equipped with a large extendable table for 12 and a sofa set for relaxing. There is also a grill and barbecue.



Inside, the open-plan layout on two levels features a spacious living room with a large chaise longue sofa, a three-seater sofa, several rocking chairs, a music system, TV, and a fireplace. On the upper level, separated by two steps, are the dining area, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Here you’ll also find the main entrance and stairs to the garage.



Upstairs, there is a double bedroom, a large room with four bunk beds and a double sofa bed, plus wardrobes in all bedrooms. There is also a full bathroom and an upstairs sitting area with another double sofa bed.



The house has central underfloor heating and Wi-Fi. Appliances include dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, and microwave. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests.
