Located on the beautiful white sands of the six mile beach of Punta Banda, this property is fully beachfront.
Beach is shallow with no undertow; just right for those little one. All sand and no rocks!

Ocean views from the living, dining, kitchen, master bedroom and a sweet alcove to sit, put your feet up and watch the water and the dolphins playing while sipping your coffee. Fireplace (wood provided) and mini split heating for cooler nights.

SEE WATER FROM THE BACK PATIO RIGHT THROUGH THE HOUSE!
Large gated back patio with room for private sunning is warm for entertaining in the fall/winter cooler months with a grassy area for your dog. Pet fee applies. This huge property has a huge parking area for all your vehicles; safe, secure.

Wonderful Event Property!
large outdoor patio allows views from the patio to the water through the house. The yard has a nice comfortable grass area for sunning and partying.




Golf, horseback riding, para sailing, fishing : Golf is available at the nearby golf course. Hot springs are but a short drive away. Go to the springs located in the mountains, or just walk down the beach to dig a hole in the sand. Bird watching is an awesome activity. The end of our beach is a bird sanctuary as well as the estuary behind the house. There is a large variety of birds who migrate through this area at all times. Whale watching is nearby as the whales move south to begin their spawning and then move north through Punta Banda as they head back toward Alaska. The dolphins play in the waves right in the surf outside your windows!! Beach is sandy, no rocks, no undertow and safe for the kids.

Beach vacation

This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed here. We absolutely love it! The house is gorgeous! Right on the beach with a big beachfront patio. Also has a very spacious back yard area with comfortable outside seating and a bbq grill. The master bedroom is great with a king size bed and great view! There is plenty of space for family and friends! We are looking forward to our next stay here.

Xmas Getaway 2023

My family and I stayed here at this property with my niece and her family, & our cousin & her hubby. Not to mention 3 dogs. It was perfect!!! All you see from the house is beach front. So beautiful to wake up to. Plenty of room for all of us. We can’t wait to come back. And we will. Irka was very nice and lived in the house up front. Very responsive when we lost power on Christmas Day. She was able to get someone onsite to get the issue fixed right away. We just spent the day on the front patio and at the beach. 😊 Thank you so much for the cranberry salad. It was delicious.

Hidden gem in Ensenada

This home was the perfect place to gather with several families to ring in the new year. It was comfortable - even has central heat - even in late December. The large windows along the back side of the house made the ocean views enjoyable from everywhere in the house. It was so relaxing! Having the beach right there made for built in entertainment for our tweens and teens. Highly recommend this home!

beautiful retreat

perfect house to getaway from the city life, we enjoyed the ocean views, kids played in the sand, walked to the beach, plenty of parking, kitchen was well stocked with appliances made it easy to cook daily if we wanted to. we did come across a couples spider in one of the bedrooms, but other than that, we all enjoyed the stay. we would def stay here again!

The house is located right on the beach with all amenities , you just need to bring your food, the house has a full kitchen with big and new refrigerator, kitchen with all you need for cooking AC, heater and hot water, near the house is a horse rental , also is 17 minutes drive away for La Bufadora.

Nice location

A great location, literally steps from the beach! Pretty nice to be able to wake up, enjoy your breakfast or coffee literally with your toes in the sand. Our favorite part of our stay was the fantastic beachfront location. Was really nice to have a bonfire out in the front patio one evening. Another bonus was having a dryer in the home. Home was definitely showing signs that it is a popular place to stay. Could use some attention to the smaller details, particularly with cleaning/dusting (and replacement of shower curtain in master bath). Straightforward communication with owner, quick response time. More than likely somewhere in the small print that we didn’t see, but
you need to pay in full, even if it is a month before you arrive. Owner was willing to be flexible though. Overall, ok experience.
