This 2-bedroom, full 2-bathroom exclusive view condo has some of the best views in the entire development as it is located within the building that is closest to the dead-end street and on the furthest end of the entire development achieving the BEST blue water, city (night lights) and Mountain views. Folks, this means that you receive the BEST views of not ONLY this development but achieve the BEST views of all condos within the Pedregal community.

The development has 2 fantastic heated infinity edge pools and Jacuzzi's that have the same amazing views as seen from this unit. Enjoy, a splendid Pacific breeze that offers a nice natural air flow throughout the unit which is cool and comfortable especially in the warmer periods of the year.

*Additional amenities include more areas to BBQ, gym, clubhouse as well as some extra onsite +'s which are built and currently being furnished. As the COVID-19 has impacted delivery and set up, we're expecting this to be finished by July 1st., 2020.

Located in the VERY sought after address of the, "Pedregal" within Cabo San Lucas and known as “The Beverly Hills of Cabo San Lucas.” Only œ mile distance to the Cabo San Lucas marina and a short couple blocks away from nearly 40 restaurants. (We’re only a 10 -minute walk or less to the Cabo San Lucas Marina). This magnificent development and condo enjoys some of the most commanding views in Cabo San Lucas.

The condo, “CASA VISTA” offers two bedrooms and two full baths with a gourmet kitchen that has GRANITE COUNTER TOPS, stainless steel GE appliances. Fridge, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washing machine and (gas) clothes dryer.
The living, kitchen and master bedroom have commanding blue water views and all views, hence the name “CASA VISTA.” The back (2nd) bedroom does also offer some “blue water views” which very few condos in the development have this back-window view to not only enjoy the blue water but in addition to anticipate the beautiful sunny day ahead.

Both bathrooms offer rainfall shower heads and the master bathroom offers dual vanity sinks. Hairdryers and all necessary items are in each bathroom so that you do become a slave to bringing the necessary travel items from back home.

We have Fiber-optic, wireless high-speed internet with a local Cabo land line phone as well as a separate Canada/US phone number for free unlimited calls to the US and Canada.

The living area and both bedrooms include Dish Network American television service w/ every package available, including Sirius radio.

The Pedregal community is Very high end private exclusive neighborhood with 24-hour security, which includes a guard at the gated entrance plus 24-hour security patrol for additional well-being.

We offer a great unit with fantastic commanding views of the Sea of Cortez close to all the sizzle of Cabo but just that PERFECT distance away from the hotel, timeshares and tourist areas that allow you to enjoy the feel more so just like a local. Peace and quiet along with love enjoying the VISTAS (VIEWS) of the Sea of Cortez, Cabo Night City Lights, Mountains and the tremendous love of what the Cabo Lifestyle has-to offer.

We highly suggest that all clients look into a 3rd party travel insurance policy that covers your flight(s) and the property rental costs in case of any unforeseen emergencies...We want all parties to be protected and although our side has been VERY fair in the past & present with clientele, we also feel this is a responsibility of the end user as when we travel we protect our vacation and expenses through these means so it's duly justified. There's many options available and most our at a minimal expense.

In addition, our holiday policy is as follows, Christmas and New Years Eve can not be booked together without booking a minimum of 14 nights and/or we will not allow less than 7 nights for either taking Christmas and/or New Years Eve and we require a departure for a Christmas booking not past the 29th unless New Years Eve is already booked. Furthermore for a New Years Eve booking, we do not allow an arrival before the 27th unless Christmas Day is already booked. A beautiful gated quiet area in the evenings. Brandon was very helpfu. Know the location is challenging to find the first time without directions, so reachout ahead of time. On friday night there was an Art walk in the square right acrossed from Cabo Coffee, make sure to check it out.

The property was great. Exactly like the pics. Walk to downtown or the marina was really nice. But take Uber or taxi back up. Especially after a few cocktails. Overall we had a couple hiccups but all got handled well. Would deal with Brandon the host anytime!!!!

I'll begin my review by mimicking what mostly everyone has conveyed within their reviews: "upon arrival - the photos do not do the actual place justice." Once you walk into the unit, the view is simply breathtaking. The unit manager, Mauricio, was awesome. He gave us an overview of the unit as well as the property and he was readily available to contact. He even set our entire family up to communicate quickly with him via Whatsapp and that was really helpful. Second piece of advice: the condominium is located within the hills of Pedregal and the walk down isn't bad at all - it's great exercise and a good 10 - 15 minute 'brisk' walk to the marina, etc. Forget about walking back to the property - it is very steep and although it's doable - take a ride back to the property when necessary - your legs will thank you for it. Lastly, the 'gem' of this property is a wonderful woman named: Isabel Medina. Mauricio added her to our group chat and she is the sweetest woman we met in Cabo. She was also added to our Whatsapp chat and anytime we needed to contact her to go anywhere, she was there and never late. Her prices for picking up / dropping off / return were more than affordable. So much so that we tipped her each time we contacted her for our transportation needs. Not many negatives to note but a few suggestions to note: 1. Pedregal beach is non-swimmable - remove the photo. 2.There is no guest room view - remove the photo. We would definitely return - it's a gem of a property.

We loved our stay at Pedregal! Beautiful views of city, marina, sea of Cortez and the pool below. Our only problem was that you had to go all the way into town for everything and the walk was very steep. We are in our 70s though. But Ubers we’re great and we had a fabulous stay!

Nice Property But Quite A Walk

I'm going to be as honest as I can with this review. First of all, Brandon, Bibi and Carlos were wonderful hosts and very responsive to all inquiries prior to and during our visit. Positives - The hosts were full of suggestions to make our stay enjoyable. The view was every bit as beautiful as the pictures on the website. The condo was nicely furnished and very comfortable. All the little amenities were there, including everything needed for cooking in the kitchen. There was a security gate at the entrance of the property that was staffed 24/7. The transportation to and from the airport that was arranged was on time both ways. ISABELL! More on her later. Negatives - Although the condo was technically in the Pedregal area, it is more like a new development up a canyon on the way to Pedregal. It was close to the main area of town but was definitely not within walking distance. It is a very steep walk up to the condo. Internet was sketchy and had to reboot often. Construction was every day from 7:00AM to 5:00PM but was not near the condo and not really a problem. Noice level was tolerable. Pool area is small with only seven lounges around the deck and only had sun for about three hours during the day. Now, about Isabell. Our cell phones did not work consistently while we were in Cabo to enable us to use UBER, so Carlos hooked us up with a reliable driver, Isabell. Isabell does not speak English, but we found that we could give her written times and places to take us each morning and knew she would be there to pick us up after the activity or meal. The security people at the gate know her and let her in without us calling each day. I don't know what we would have done without her. Bottom line, if you either rent a car for your stay, don't mind walking up and down the steep road OR are comfortable using a driver service this is a great place to stay with great views and hosts. As for me and my group, we will be looking for something a little closer to town for our next visit.

Great stay, beautiful view and awesome property managers

We came to Cabo for our 4th anniversary. We didn't want to stay in a resort and found this beautiful property. The view was breathtaking when we first walked in. The photos don't do it justice. It's the same beautiful view from the living area and the master bedroom. There were only 2 of us so we didn't use the second bedroom but it was so cute and connected to a bathroom as well. There is also an obstructed view from the second bedroom. The unit was so clean, top to bottom. This apartment is easily temperature controlled. During the day, if the shades are down in the living room when the sun is in front of the building, it usually stays cool. The AC cools the room in about 15 minutes. No need for it at night. The master bedroom has the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on in a rental. The linens were so soft. There are plenty of bath towels and towels for the pool in the unit. Speaking of the pool, the pool and the pool area is very clean. We couldn't get the hot tub to work but I'm sure it was user error. The TV is Dish network with all of the usual American channels if you have to have your TV fix. The neighborhood is VERY SECURE. There is a security guard shack that EVERY car, bike, motorcycle must go through to gain access and to leave, including Uber drivers and Uber eats deliveries. We didn't realize this on the first day which caused some issues. You HAVE to call the guard shack in advance and let them know you are expecting an Uber or food delivery and what unit you are staying in EACH TIME. They will let them up with no issues. Learn your unit number in Spanish. This unit is in the hills which means there is a very steep walk/drive up and down to get down to the guard shack and on to the marina. Walking down is easy if you don't have any mobility issues. Walking up on the other hand is pretty difficult if you aren't conditioned for it. Riding up in a car feels like being on a roller coaster. Definitely would recommend an Uber if you are older, more sedentary or if it's at night. The property managers were so attentive and so fast to respond to every email. Bibi was available by phone during our stay. Overall this is a perfect unit if you don't mind the hill, otherwise your transportation costs can add up. We had a very relaxing trip enjoying sitting outside on the balcony. It was never too hot out there. You can hear faint sounds of the nightlife out there and the cityscape was beautiful.

CANNOT BE BEAT!

The property was spectacular...exactly as shown on the website. The Owners were incredibly helpful and patient as I navigated the ways in which to arrive at their condo, stopping off at the market prior to arriving - even though they offered to assist. The condo comes with 24/7 assistance and trust me, they were incredible. The condo was very clean and well stocked and the views were spectacular. The only difficulty we had was that we were not able to walk down into town, as we could not navigate the cobblestoned street that easily due to our age and needed to call for a car anytime we left the property. Cannot say enough good things about this property.....a big THANK YOU to Carlos, Maurice and Brandon for helping make our stay as incredible as the wedding we came for.....

wonderful place

great place to stay! the location is close enough to walk to town and high enough to have an amazing view. only negative is some party noise thumping bass at night from the town if you are sensitive sleeper. the unit is large clean and comfortable even better than photos and the pool is even better too, large and good for laps with an infinity view of the town.

Great property and beautiful view! It’s within a gated community which adds to the feeling of safety and security. The walk down to the marina and restaurants is a nice 15 min walk all downhill but I recommend an Uber back up!
