This 2100 sq. ft. Mediterranean decorated villa has all the comforts of home! The pristine features of the beautiful villa include a fully equipped contemporary kitchen which includes a breakfast bar area, a large dining table, full size refrigerator, appliances such as coffee maker, and microwave. A washer/dryer are just off the kitchen area. The drinking water is completely filtered throughout the Villa La Estancia complex.
The terrace is fully furnished including a grill and wet bar while enjoying a delicious meal after a day in the sun. Let your personal concierge arrange excursions or dinner reservations, or even shop for groceries! (extra charge for shopping and groceries)
The master suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, his and her sinks, a jacuzzi tub and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The guest suite provides two queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath.
There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath just off the living room.
Other amenities of this beautiful villa include flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms.
