-The second bedroom features a comfortable king sized bed, ceiling fan and tons of storage the main bathroom includes a glass block shower, toilet, and sink, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, in suite washer and dryer, in room safe with a personal code, high-speed WIFI internet access Mexican phone line for local calling.

All guests are subject to Terrasol nightly fees as well as a cleaning fee. The nightly fee will cover all guests, it is NOT per person.

3-4 Guests $24.50/night
5-6 Guests $29.50/night
Cleaning fee $35.00 one time
These fees are paid directly to Terrasol, we do not collect them in advance.

We are not responsible for acts of nature..... during storm season (July to October) it is recommended to have some sort of insurance to cover any delays or trip cancellation.

During the summer months of May - Oct there may be some renovations going on throughout Terrasol, as this is slow season and construction is permitted. So some noise during the hours of 8am - 6pm may occur.
