LBL Trip

This is a very nice property. It was clean and well maintained inside. Our son really liked that the basement was a separate outside entrance as he felt like he had his own place. It is located just outside the Land Between the Lakes Recreation Area, which is why we stayed there. The owners are very nice and easy to communicate with. They live just down the road so if you need anything they're pretty quick to respond. The only issue is that the WiFi is not very good. That's not the owners fault, just a function of the location. They use an AT&T hotspot (as there isn't wired internet available) which doesn't get a good signal. Our personal phones are T-Mobile and we didn't have any signal at all. My work phone is Verizon and it had the best signal, but even it wasn't great. So just be aware of you need Internet while there (for work, school, just to look up things to do) it's going to be difficult.

Loved it!

Super clean, homey, and quiet. Outside of town but very close to Turkey Bay OHV, bike riding and kayaking (which is exactly what we wanted). Peaceful with plenty of wildlife. This is one of the cleanest places we have stayed and had everything we needed. The owners are so sweet and very hospitable. They were easy to get ahold of and close enough to come by if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again if we had the opportunity!
