Réservation d un séjour dans cette hôtel avec transfert de l aéroport et demi pension, à notre arrivée personne ! Ils nous avaient oublié puis nous avons dû payer un taxi qui nous a bien arnaqué, arrivé à l hôtel, la chambre ne correspond pas à la description, c est un cube, pas de fenêtre, pas de baignoire, un pommeau de douche au dessus des wc avec bomde d écoulement donc la vrai piscine à chaque douche, puis pour la demi pension, ils ont essayé à chaque fois de nous la faire payer en double, en nous réclamant 10€ chacun de frais d inscription, pas de restaurant, ils allaient chercher le repas au traiteur du coin et un plat c est tout, nous le mangions sur le toit terrasse ! Pas top nous avions froid … après la pluie a débuté et ils ont coupé le courant car sinon court circuit, électricité non au normes… lumière du portable ! Cet hôtel est lamentable et la description est mensongère surtout quand on lit exceptionnel … je demande un remboursement
