We were given a room that was loud next to a bar and was no hot water. We asked to move and they moved us and that was nice. The staff was lovely and helpful. But not sure if it was the nights we were they but there was loud music every night till 4-5am so sleep was hard to come by. The views were great of the pyramids, but sleep is important.

The accommodations were absolutely wonderful. I had a marvelous time at Regency Pyramids Hotel. Conveniently located adjacent to the Pyramids, under a 5 minutes walk. Hotel had great breakfast selection and super friendly staff. Hotel Manager Mohamed Abdo was super professional, he took the time to reach out prior to my arrival and upon arrival and was very helpful in questions I had via WhatsApp instantly. Best hotel in Giza/Cairo near pyramids.

The staff, front desk, reservation manager, restaurant wait staff- each and every one was friendly, helpful. We appreciated the information about and the hotel making the reservation including transportation to the boat, for a river/dinner cruise with a variety of entertainment.
