Rooms don’t have fans or any sort of adequate air circulation. The heat comes from boilers and the radiators on the floor will wake you up as the hot water purges the pipes with a nails on chalk board sound. The staff however are very friendly and helpful and clearing doing their best to be the best part of your stay 😂

I booked two king rooms with balconies and when we got there they didn’t have either room available for us to check into. My parents took a room without a balcony and then they didn’t have any rooms with a king size available for us so we had to wait until after our event to check in. I love they have water in the lobby. The location is good for a downtown hotel. It’s a little dated but I think over all it’s a decent place to say for the price!
