All tabs have hot water, the bedroom has A/C, smart TV, and a queen bed.
All the amenities are in place whether you're looking to cook or
just having some friends over for drinks.
The total apartment size is 90 m2 / 968 sq.ft.

our Apartment. Be inspired by its unique location near to amazing places like :
Gato de Tejada, Cali's Zoo , Barrio San Antonio, La Tertulia Museum ,
walking distance top restaurants and Gyms.

Parking:
The building has no parking. You can park on the street, but we recommend that you use the safe public parking one block away.

"Registration:
According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for every person staying
at the property. A signed rental agreement is required prior to entry.

Medical tourists:
Please inform us If you are getting any medical procedures done
while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.

Pets:
We accept certain pets with prior approval. Please ask first. They must be clean,
quiet, and maintained out of beds and furniture. If accepted, an additional $100.000 COP
pet cleaning fee applies.

House rules:
- No parties or events allowed
- No drugs
- No smoking inside the apartment
- Please be quiet after 12 PM out of respect for neighbors
- No minors allowed inside the apartment without their parents or
legal guardians being present (Colombian law)
- Pets are not permitted in the property without the met criteria and host approval.
Criteria: Additional cleaning fee may apply.
Please understand that we want you to have an amazing time while staying with us in Cali.
Respecting house rules is fundamental to the coexistence with other guests and neighbors.
Failure to do so may result in losing your security deposit.
