Wonderful getaway.
Had the best experience staying here. Awesome set up in the basement that's extremely well done. Very close to Bethel and all back roads leaving. The caretaker was very helpful with finding places to eat and such. All in all, 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Plan on returning.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
We came up for a Spartan race weekend and this was the perfect location. The property is beautiful and the views were stunning. Everything we needed was provided - 2 mini refrigerators, linens. coffee, tea - even a thoughtfully hand-drawn map of the property. Perfect size for just the two of us. Owner was very friendly and checked on us and had great communication throughout our stay. Would definitely return to this property again and recommend it to couples for a great stay.

What a beautiful place!
We came needing to get away during these crazy times and we had a lovely stay! The space was beautiful and only paled in comparison to the outdoor space on the farm. Such a relaxing and lovely stay!!!

Romantic Country Weekend
This little cabin inside of a barn was a great spot for a quick country getaway. It is small and cozy, newly remodeled, very clean and perfect for a couple. Don't miss the excellent cat art on the living room wall, or the sunset from high up on the hill behind the cabin!

Not Really As Advertised
This place CANNOT accommodate 6 people. 2 is really all. It has a low ceiling with large crossbeams and any one over 5'9 will be uncomfortable. At 6 feet or over, forget it. The fridge is microscopic and the sink is really a bar sink. The bathroom is pretty and over sized but there is still no place to even put a toothbrush! There is no bureau or closet to put clothes. NO PLACE to sit outside and just enjoy the fabulous views. Have to trudge up a steep hill to a picnic table. VERY hot in summer with no a/c, and the fans provided are dirty. Bring your own. For some reason there is a huge bed in the living area that actually sticks out into the entrance to the bedroom. Overall the space needs to be rethought and made more comfortable for the correct # of people.

Some good / Some bad. Look at the photos critically...
Let's start with the good. This is a unique property, the check in process went well, and the owner provided some snacks and drinks. The bathroom is deluxe. OK - now the drawbacks... This is rated to sleep 6, and we had 6 (4 adults and two kids.) It's simply not big enough for this. There are two bedrooms, and an aisleway that sort of serves as a kitchen. This leave you no place to sit. Really, this would be fine for a couple or maybe 3 people. The kitchen counter is supposed to be an eating area, but that leaves you no counter space. The refrigerator is the SMALLEST dorm size refrigerator ever made. For 6 people it is totally inadequate. To compensate for the small kitchen, an outdoor grill would be nice, but that was not provided. There are two other rental units in the barn, and they share a nice outdoor area with tables and chairs. This unit comes with a picnic table, which is located about 350 yards up the hill, which makes it totally useless. The barn is somewhat cool, but we were there on hot days, and an AC unit would have been helpful. Don't even think of sleeping on the single fold out couch unless you want to ruin your back. This might be ok for just two people, but for our family of 6 it was an inadequate rental unit. Good thing we were out hiking most of the time.
