CAMBO, C290: Bright and comfortable one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a small, quiet building without an elevator. It features a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a living/dining room with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a large terrace. It is close to the town center and thermal baths.
Internet access is available. Pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency).
The apartment must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available upon request).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report any issues they feel are not up to standard or anything our staff may have missed.
If tenants vacate the apartment on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before their departure. This pre-inspection will allow us to verify that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55.

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
Only equipment mentioned in this advertisement are present. Equipment not mentioned are not considered to be present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.
