The desk folks were so nice. Enjoyed the morning coffee in the lobby. Our room was fantastic and the heating fireplace is a bonus. Location is perfect. Thank you.

I like this property for its location and pet-friendly policy. However, the customer service at the front desk needs improvement. The lady who checked us in was very unfriendly—no smile and not accommodating at all. We had booked three rooms for our family and had just arrived early after a long drive from our previous destination. We understood that early check-in might not be available, which was fine. We asked another staff member if we could use the bathroom while waiting for our rooms. He was very kind and led us to what we believed was a public restroom. While we were using the bathroom, the front desk clerk gave us a disapproving look and told us that we were not supposed to be there. I politely explained that we were directed there by another staff member to use the restroom. The situation made us feel uncomfortable and was handled poorly. Overall, the property itself is nice, but the front desk customer service experience needs significant improvement

Loved this place, staff was awesome. We were greeted right away with a little gift bag for our pup Rusty. He abaolutely loved his tennis ball. Was nice waking up to the beach views across the street and enjoyed the fireplace in our room too. Definitely would love to come back.

Everything was good, they even fixed the bedroom window that was broken, so we could feel safer about leaving our room. Only suggestion I have is to update the furniture and bring back the continental breakfast

The staff was great, helpful in every way. The hot tub control was broken, and the front desk person came out and showed us how to work it. He made a note and ordered the part, and a service man came the next morning.
