The residence is located in the heart of a small village in the Hérault, 13 km from the historic village of Pézenas. It is surrounded by vineyards, garrigue (characteristic of the area) and pine trees. The property is just 27 km from the beautiful village of St Guilhem le Désert, and also very close to the Gorges du Gardon. Mediterranean beaches are just 30 km away, at Cap d'Agde and Marseillan.

The owner of this family house, which was once part of a wine estate, has lovingly renovated the building and transformed it into a bright, spacious and luxurious holiday home. It is tastefully and traditionally decorated with lots of stone and wood. Moreover, it offers breathtaking views of nature, especially from the large roof terrace. During the warmer months, you can enjoy the lovely swimming pool, or a good book in the shade of the large covered terrace.

A utilities & service fee of EUR 300,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
