Welcome to Scenic Solitude at Glens Fork!

Nestled right between Columbia and Lake Cumberland this country property is off the road and the perfect place for a getaway or somewhere to rest your head while passing through. Lindsay Wilson College is only 8 miles away. Located at 7302 South Hwy 55 Columbia, KY 42728 the house is 14 miles from Homes Bend Marina and 21 miles from Green River Lake State Park. Lake Cumberland State Boat Dock is also only 20 miles away. Lake Cumberland and the Cumberland River have no shortage of fun things to do for the whole family.
This property features three bedrooms and one bathroom with beds to sleep up to 7 people. There is also a large front and back yard perfect for the kids to play in while you relax on the porch!

Inside there is also you a nicely furnished kitchen with all the necessities to make a great meal; large french door refrigerator with ice maker, 4 burner electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, regular coffee pot, toaster, and pots and pans with cooking utensils.

The living room has a sofa and love seat with a recliner, 65" SMART TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick and DVD player to watch your favorite movies. Wifi is available for all your streaming needs. Our Amazon Fire TV Stick includes free streaming apps as well as Hulu.

Master bedroom has a queen size bed with a 40" TV with Amazon Fire TV Stick and walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a double and twin bed with night stand and closet. The third bedroom has a double bed with dresser and closet.

The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. Bed linens and pillows, bath and kitchen towels are furnished as well as hand and dish soap. Also provided are starter toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher pods.

Laundry room includes washer and dryer with iron and ironing board.

Parking includes driveway which will fit multiple vehicles easily as well as boat/trailer parking. Patio furniture (on both porches) and a gas grill is located on the side porch as well.

Less than a 10 min drive from this home you will find the Esto County Store and Cafe and the Hardscratch Country Store with outstanding food and homemade pies as well as 2 Dollar Generals. Downtown Columbia is only 11 minutes away. We look forward to seeing you soon!
