The apartment can be reached by climbing 2 flights of stairs; it has three bedrooms, two of which are double, one with 2 single beds. The bathroom inside the master bedroom is equipped with a shower, while the main bathroom is a SERVICE bathroom (the bathtub in the photo is not usable. The interior also has a living room with matrimonial sofa bed and TV, dining room and kitchenette, a large external balcony on the living room side and a small terrace in the master bedroom. Uncovered parking inside the property, closed by a gate. There is also a comfortable cot in the house if you want to let a child sleep in the bedroom and not in the living room. Hot/cold air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room (service installed in 2025).
