Our two-room apartment boasts an incredible location, directly on the Lungomare of Marina di Campo, in one of its main squares a stone's throw from the sea and with a splendid view of the sea that opens up to the horizon. Not many words are needed to describe the main town on the island: sea, sun, services and fun. More than a kilometre long, with its golden sandy shore that slopes gently towards the sea, it is ideal for families with children; it offers both a free beach and a large stretch of equipped beach. Towards the east you will find the wildest part of the beach, equipped with games for children, and a beautiful pine forest will guarantee you shelter from the sun during the hottest hours. You are close to the white beaches of the Costa del Sole, the wonderful Cavoli, Fetovaia and Seccheto.

Important Notes:
- the parking space is 700 m on foot
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- pets not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or can be brought from home; cannot be booked on site

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at the property, or at our offices in Campo or Portoferraio.
