A Peaceful Stay with an Incredible Host As someone who loves to plan every detail, this Tobago trip was the total opposite. I had just gotten married the Friday before, and with all the wedding planning, I completely forgot about my booking! Mr. Owen called to confirm, and that gentle reminder jogged my memory. I explained the situation, and he was so understanding and kind from the start. He’s truly one of the most genuine, kind-hearted souls I’ve ever met. His calm presence and uplifting words made every moment better, even when things didn’t go perfectly. The property itself has a peaceful, nature-filled vibe, with lush plants all around that really helped me unwind. The location was also perfect, just a short walk to the grocery and pharmacy, which was a huge plus. This stay reminded me there are great people out there. I’m so grateful for the experience. Thank you, Mr. Owen!

Owen is one of the most helpful and accommodating host I’ve ever encountered! He is always available to help. He provided me an overview of things to enjoy on the island. He also helped out with booking activities and tours. In addition, his home made breakfast was absolutely delicious!! The drink he makes with it is just devine. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Great Host/roach & ant motel

Owen the host is the positive difference maker and the reason I am writing this review. Owen made us feel welcome and he was very accommodating to our needs and request. My wife wasn't feeling well at check-in and he made her tea and a fee days later offer us a tase of his ice cream (some of the best homemade ice cream I've tased).We will not return because the room is just that, an efficacy and too small. We need at least 2 separate rooms.There are roaches in the bathroom and ants everywhere. I mention both to Owen and he share the facility had not been treated for over a year.

Our host Owen really went above and beyond to welcome us all with a smile every day. From arranging an early check-in, checking in to see if we needed anything, and being forgiving with extra cleanup, he always had a smile on his face and a moment for a quick chat. Not only were our accommodations well kept, but we were greeted with a smile each day, had pleasant chats, and got great advice and brochures with suggestions for day trips.If you're in Tobago, this is the spot to stay. 5 stars and then some! Mr. Owen was an excellent host! He was knowledgeable on the area, was able to suggest activities to do, and provide guidance on using public transportation. You must try his homemade ice-cream. It's the best I've had!

What an amazing stay!!

Owen was a superb host from the moment we arrived, he was so helpful and friendly. Owen took time to get to know us all, he also helped us with transport around the island. It certainly felt like a joke away from home! Though our trip was short it was certainly memorable. Location wise it was fantastic, a short work to local shops and a short drive to many locations. Can’t wait to use these apartments again.

Our family of 4 stayed at Serenity while in Tobago for a family reunion. First, I don’t think we could say enough about Owen. He’s so kind, accommodating, and an excellent chef. He gave us great suggestions for local cuisine but honestly, his food was the BEST we ate during our stay. Local, flavorful, fresh and made with love. (We’re waiting to hear of him opening his own restaurant. We already know he’d be the talk to T&T.) He really goes above and beyond for the cost of the stay which is already a steal! The rooms & property are very well maintained. It’s a quite and quaint building. Owen can always be found maintaining the building and offering help. Or even offering a taste of a daily dish or homemade ice cream. The apartments are close to a local grocery store and bakery that we visited every day. It was easy to wait at the corner of the main road and hitch a cheap ride to Pigeon Point, Store Bay or Buccoo. Don’t pass up a Glass Bottom Boat your out of Store Bay. When we visit again, we’re undoubtedly choosing Serenity. I wish we could upload a photo here with our family and Owen. Our kids wouldn’t have let us leave without making sure we captured a memory with our new found friend and host.

Owen was a top notch host. He went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were well taken care of. He made us smoothies and provided us with transportation options. He was kind to the children and understanding about any additional requests we had. The property is walking distance from the grocery and shops and appx 10 min away from the nightlife. There are beautiful beaches less than 10min drive away. He was very knowledgable about the area. He was accessible on the grounds for immediate assistance. The rooms were cool and comfortable. Anything which was not already in the room was provided immediately upon request. We could not have asked for a better expereince.

Exactly what was advertised. Above and beyond customer service. Clean room. Convenient location (close to beaches and supermarket). Courteous communication. We actually met the host (Owen) who is friendly and kind and he served us his homemade mango ice cream that was so delicious. I would book this again and highly recommend.
