The second floor reveals a luxurious primary suite with a spacious walk-in closet and sleek bathroom, joined by two additional bedrooms and a bathroom, creating a peaceful oasis.

What can you access?
Guests can access the entire home and all the grounds on the property.
Do not access the neighbor's properties.
About the parking
Please do not park on the grass, only use the driveway.

Check-in:
The hostess will share the location of the keys. You can access to the property right after 4 pm.

Checkout:
Before 11 am, by the time that you are leaving, please do not strip the beds of their sheets. Leave the beds unmade. Please place all used towels and washcloths on the floor or the laundry baskets. Please leave the dishes clean, if you use the dishwasher make sure you leave it with clean dishes. Rinse dishes before loading the dishwasher. Do not leave dirty dishes on any of the sinks. We also ask that you put garbage and recycling in the trash bin.
Leave all the recycling in a plastic bag inside the enclosed porch to prevent wild animals from making a mess.

Villa Mariana Blackberry River Rules:

* No dogs or other pets.
*No hunting or shooting.
*Do not harass the wildlife.
*No additional amplified music allowed in the inside/outdoor
*Do not move anything around inside/outside the property, like the dining tables, grill, fire pit station, sofas, chairs, TVs, any kind of furniture, other decorations, or the foosball
*Place empty propane tanks to the side of the grill
*Close and lock all windows and doors.
*Do not leave windows or doors open when the A/C is in use.
If you leave the property to go somewhere during your stay, please turn off all the lights, a/c units and close and lock all windows and doors.
* No food in the pool/deck area.

Host was very attentive and gracious. They left plenty of amenities for us and made the house feel very warm and inviting. Our family had a great time! We had plenty of space to play board games, watch tv, play foosball, or just lounge around. Everything was very clean, which was important for our family who has a lot of allergies. Do not hesitate to book your stay here!

We loved our stay at this house! It had the perfect amount of space for two families to relax and enjoy time together. Both the indoor and outdoor areas were spacious and comfortable—great for meals, games, and lounging. The upstairs shower was a favorite—so spacious and refreshing! Connecticut Weekend

We LOVED our stay at this property! It was IMMACULATE!! It’s spacious, comfortable and homey. Our hostess, Andrea, was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We loved walking “down the road” from the property to visit the farms and the winery! Perfect for a family with adult members ( the kitchen set up is AMAZING!! A cook’s delight!) and children as well! The kids have their own playground! Andrea deserves a 10- she’s put a LOT of love and attention into her house.

Second stay was even better than the first!

This was our second time staying at this house and I hope its not the last! The place is impeccably clean and the host Andrea makes everything super easy. Everything you need is a short drive away. They have also updated the yard and installed a pool! 10/10 would recommend!

Great house for a group

We had an amazing time! We were 10 adults and this house was so perfect for a large group! More than enough space inside and outside! Plenty of bathrooms including an amazing shower in the master bathroom! Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed! Can’t wait to come again!

Excellent Stay!

The house was wonderful for a group of friends who were in town for the Jane Lloyd Fund Clambake! The location was beautiful and the house was in perfect condition. The check-in process was easy and Andrea was great at communicating. She even provided us with firewood so that we could use the fire pit out back. Our stay was excellent and I would definitely consider staying again next year!

Great property

The house was the best layer out and spacious house we have stayed in. The host was very helpful the kitchen was huge and well equipped. The bedrooms were large. There was two large living room/dinning rooms we were only 7 but it easily sleeps 11. They are putting in a pool and a hot tub. The already have bbq, play set and fire out. We really look forward to staying here again. I highly recommend this host at property

Amazing house

I went with my family for the wknd and we had an amazing time. There was so much space throughout the house. Everything we needed was there. Great Stay

We absolutely loved the place! Tons of space, all new appliances, fire pit and the gorgeous master bathroom were all highlights of our stay. Super convenient location within a few minutes of the Stop and Shop as well as other stores. Andrea was very friendly and attentive. She was there to quickly answer any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
