Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.

Very well kept accommodations in a quiet country setting, but close to all Canandaigua has to offer. The partially fenced yard was perfect for our dog.

Beautiful, bright well-appointed property with plenty of space to spread out. The trails were perfect for country skiing. We would stay again.

Family visit

Property and location were perfect. Nice and relaxing and the fishing was really a joy for kids and grandkids along with the walking trails. Jacuzzi was a real plus. Very dog friendly.

A wonderful place!

We really loved our stay here and will be back for sure. The cabin was absolutely wonderful , the fenced in area for the dogs was great to have , the kids loved the hot tub and caught fish in the pond . Our daily walks in the woods we’re enjoyed by all.

Great cabin

We really enjoyed our stay in the cabin. The property was beautiful. The cabin had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location was good too. Not far from many of the wineries and places of interest. Would definitely recommend this place for a visit to wine country!

A house we'd want to own

Loved the woodwork in the home and how clean it was. We enjoyed the different types of rooms in the house, and of course the hot tub that was already hot when we arrived. Our family also got out for a hike on the property. Wonderful stay!

Loved this property, It was a family vacation with my adult boys and there wives. we enjoyed a hike, the hot tub and the fire pit. All of our favorite things, and we got to bring our dogs. which was the main reason i chose this place. Plus loved the privacy

Great house in the NY Finger Lakes

The house was exactly as advertised , it was clean and well equipped for our families week stay there. The property has lots to keep kids entertained with the ponds for fishing and the hiking trails behind the house. The house is well located and is only 10 mins from the Lake, wineries and breweries as well as the town for supplies . Highly recommended property for a family getaway

Relaxing New Year

Stayed for New Year's and sister's birthday. Everything was nice and comfortable! The only issue we had was some mice and had to wash everything and the Keurig didn't work right. But shower was wonderful, the hot tub worked, the beds comfortable and relaxing. Definitely recommend

We had a great stay! House was just as advertised and exactly what we were looking for! Only negative is that there was a problem with the half bathroom upon arrival. I did email the management company to let them know and never got a response. It was not urgent as there was another bathroom and therefore did not really impact our stay. Would recommend this property!

Beautiful Country Stay

Wonderful property that is decorated and furnished to fit into the rural and wooded area. The hot tub and spacious deck were fantastic and the trails and paths and large lawn were wonderful for our pup. Thank you for being so welcoming with our girl - she is well behaved and we enjoyed everything and treated it as our own. Thank you for the gracious welcoming gifts and the clean home. Well done!!

Only real issues were the grass was too deep to do anything really until Saturday when a crew came and mowed. And the hot tub needs some care… otherwise we absolutely loved the place

Beautiful property, beautiful views, lovely home! Close to many attractions in the Finger lakes. Wifi was great also! The only suggestion I have would be to tell folks that you have to carry all your gear up a lot of steps to enter. My husband and I are in our 70's and we had a hard time carting cooler, food supplies, etc. up the stairs. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Harmony hills was amazing I highly recommend

I highly recommend harmony hills the property was amazing we loved the hot tub and the fenced in area for dogs was a huge plus. We did have problems with septic / plumbing maintenance came right out but was unfortunately unable to fix the problem so we had to cut our trip short. the owners of the property very kind and did everything they could to resolve the unfortunate circumstances. We are planning a trip to return in the future and thank you for going above and beyond for your guests

Cleaning

Property was good.location was nice just as expected . Just expected someone to clean prior to check in in my mind... Seems like it has been vacant for weeks or months.. overall house was clean but definitely has a mouse problem.. finger lakes realty was in charge of property they should be on top of cleaning much better then they were. Hope this gets cleared up for new renter.

Beautiful cabin with room to roam

We had a great experience at Harmony Hill. The house was well stocked with all of the cooking utensils and dishes you need, as well as a regular coffee maker and a Keurig. The property is very private with trails to hike and we loved the dog pen area out back for our two dogs. We were only 10 minutes from town and discovered that Instacart would deliver our groceries there so we had groceries delivered shortly after arrival. The air conditioning wasn't working the first night we were there but they sent someone right out to fix it as soon as we called to notify them. The board games were a nice touch as our kids enjoyed playing them. We will definitely book this property again in the future!

Harmony Hill Visit

The property and home are beautiful! There were some issues with the cleanliness. The kitchen sink and bathroom sinks and tub needed to be scrubbed with cleaners. The water in the tub was not going down so we had to remove a very large clump of hair . I found several bags to dog waste tucked in the flower beds . The previous guest must have left behind. These were minor annoyances and I mention them because such a quality property should shine . I would stay there again without hesitation.

Cozy and Relaxing

Property was clean and centrally located. Beds were comfortable. Basic kitchen. Great for dogs and children (9-14 years). Nice jacuzzi. Would stay here again. Pros: Fenced in area for dogs. Lots of outdoor seating. Large natural property with areas to hike and pond to fish. About 2 hours from Niagra Falls. About 1h 20m from Corning. About 1h 30m from Buffalo. About 40m from Rochester. Wegmans near by that does deliver. Restaurants near by. Items to be aware of: No dishwasher Full bath is on first floor, half bath on second floor with master bedroom. Bath/shower is a high step. Could use more table surfaces such as coffee tables and puzzle table. Upstairs has an unguarded area, my dog and children were old enough not to go near it, but if you have young children or an inquisitive pet bring a baby gate to block it off. It's dangerous. Upstairs can get warm, but there is a loud central fan and box fans available.
