The room was satisfactory, and the cleaning staff was efficient. However, nightly dinner reservations required the use of an app that proved unreliable. During our honeymoon, some staff members went above and beyond to assist us. However the concierge, who failed to properly schedule our romantic dinner at Toro. This oversight led to a discussion between the hostess and ourselves. Concierge and the excursions staff were not aligned, and they attempted to charge us for a honeymoon package, which was clearly listed as complimentary on the official Hard Rock website. The individual informed me that the website was incorrect and that I was obligated to pay. However, the website was clearly accurate as it was the official website for Hard Rock Cancun. In conclusion, staying at the hotel was more trouble than it was worth. We will be staying elsewhere the next time we are in Cancun.
