The room’s beds are too small, transfers from airport, hotel, hotel airport were not available when we got to Cancun, we had to arrange for one and hat was so stressful. Some of the employees at Coral Buffet Restaurant were rude.

In all of my travels I have never met and observed such hard working people! The service was always quick and friendly. The rooms, restaurants and common areas were all so clean, all of the time. Personally, I would need more of a variety of food for. Weeks vacation, but for the three nights we were there, it was great

Breakfast area had enough food . Place was at full capacity and maybe they needed more people working because the wait was very long to get eggs . The restaurant by the pool also needed more people because every time you had to get food you had to wait for at least 30 minutes. The place is beautiful they just need to get more people to help especially when they know it’s at full capacity. Also the wait for the restaurants at night was really long . Again I think it’s because they didn’t have enough people working .

Fantastic hotel. Our stay was short, but everything was great. Check in was super easy, we were upgraded to an ocean view room. Staff was amazing and the resort was always clean. I'll def be looking at staying at the RIU on my next vacation.

My room was good.My daughter paid for a double bed room and got a single bed room for 3 people. Had to keep on them to change it. They accused my nieces of switching wrist bands. One is 22 and one is 17.That is impossible to do because to get them off, you have to cut them off. The food was not good. Security took my babies spiderman bookbag with his spiderman towel in it while we were in the pool. Reason? Just because. (Annoying) They make it hard to relax. Will not go here again. They have NO ROOM SERVICE.
