The hotel is very nice and clean, the staff is very helpful too. However, I have some issues with this place, please be aware that even if its advertised as pay later, they will charge you in advance, second; the place is extremely minimalist, the bedroom had enough space to have a drawer or an extra table/chair, but it barely have places to put your stuff around.

I liked everything about my stay especially the rooms with private bathrooms. I loved that we had acces to the kitchen where we can cook, store our drinks to get cold and to fresh coffee in the morning.

Everyone was very helpful, very courteous and kind. Desk staff spoke perfect English, answed questions and were helpful with everything asked. My stay was very quiet, everyone respects everyone else. First time I have stayed at a place like this, I'll do it again. I like it better than hotels. I could make my meal there or walk to great restaurants.

Well maintained, quiet place.

It is really well located, quiet, clean… I really loved my stay! Isaac was very helpful and ready to give tips for good restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling solo or even to work from there, they have adequate space and equipment to make it your home office away from home. I will definitely return if I have the opportunity.

Everything is great it’s clean and well kept. The room in on the first floor (go up 1 floor) The only thing that could be an issue is that when people are in the patio we can hear them clear. They weren’t super noisy and it didn’t bother us to the point that we couldn’t sleep but it could be something to consider for light sleepers. We had to go to bed early and the noise did not lasted until late. Other than that the room is comfy and large (double bed). Bathroom is clean good shower.

Excelente estadía no tiene la habitación TV pero de ahí en fuera la calificó de buena a excelente en todos los aspectos en la mañana cuentan con un buen café y una rica variedad de frutas para el huésped

Excelente opción

Tiene buena ubicación, los anfitriones fueron muy amables y están al pendiente de lo que puedas necesitar. La habitación cuenta con aire acondicionado lo cual es indispensable para quienes no estamos acostumbrados al calor de Cancún, no tiene pantalla pero en mi caso no fue necesaria, la cama es cómoda. La habitación es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Por el tipo de hospedaje el baño es compartido aunque a mi no me tocó compartir porque la habitación de a un lado estaba libre.
