The view was very nice. The ocean was beautiful along with the cabanas for privacy. The swim up bar and pool is open 24 hours at the adults only side. Coffee and pastry shop are open 24 hours also

This is our second time staying here and we were not disappointed! Every room has a beautiful view, and the all-inclusive has great food and drink options. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s not an overly young or old crowd and there are lots of activity options on the property. Our favorite part is floating in the pool while watching the ocean ❤️ My only comment is that some parts of the hotel are showing a little wear (hallway carpets for example.)

The view from the rooms are the best view of the oceans. The staff are so friendly and accommodating, but need more English specking staff. The lunch on the adult side was your best dining experience. You need More dining locations on the adult side for dinner and warmer for the cold food such as the waffles. Need More variety for adult entertainment.

My honest take on this hotel is the cleanliness of the room and property, the beach view, the balcony, and the incredible staff is that it all made me and my wife stay there feel like a beautiful dream. It felt like a vacation from the time we arrived and all hotels/resorts can’t give off that feeling but Iberostar selection coral Cancún really set the standard for a great vacation experience!!!! The staff even decorated the bed for for my wife’s birthday. 5⭐️ And 10 or higher rating from my personal experience.

Staff was rude, especially after we refused a timeshare presentation. The property isn’t kept up, no quality control on food. My partner got food poisoning from property’s food and had to pay $550 US dollars for medical attention and property said that’s not their problem. The wifi didn’t work and was told to “deal with it” room service took over 1.5hrs to arrive. They up charge medication ridiculously, something that normally costs $11 was being sold for $57. Restaurant schedules are inconsistent and do not match their app (which you’re told to use for nearly everything on the property). The water in bedroom shower comes out yellow at first. The tub didn’t work. There were just way too many discrepancies in quality and service for what they charge.
