The hotel had a little of everything. Nice rooms, a very good restaurant on site, fabulous swim/gym facilities, and was very close to a number of stores, restaurants and public transport. Staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful and the location was amazing

Positive experience: the room was spotless, and the entire hotel felt very fresh. The staff was welcoming and professional. The only minor downside was the lack of a kettle, which was a bit inconvenient as the hotel offers tea bags but no way to boil water. Everything else was great.
