Two Bedroom Condo Canmore close to downtown, pool and gym<br>

Family Friendly two bedroom suite children welcome. The unit does not accommodate 6 adults.

Accommodation is for 5 people.

The rate is for 2 people. Extra charge for additional people.

At time of booking the correct number of occupants has to be indicated.

Self check in and Self check out.

This unit is only 735 sq feet.

We do not have baby items crib, stroller, hi chair or car seat.

There is one parking stall assigned to the unit in the underground parking garage. There is limited street parking.



Set amidst the majestic mountains near Banff National Park.

Resort has indoor pool and childrens pool and water park and spa tub and sauna and gym facilities.

The pool, water slide, hot tub and gym are located in the resort and is shared with people at resort.
As an owner of a unit in the resort I have no control when the pool, water slide, hot tub and gym are not available for maintenance and repairs. I do update this listing when I am made aware of any closures to keep my clients informed.

Great to have the security of underground parking. Pool and hot tub were excellent amenities and we used them a lot. Location was great. Building was quiet. Upgrades happening in the building look great and were not a disturbance. The area is fanastic. We’ve recommended to others already.

outdated and needs work. Three major issues were addressed, one should have been taken care of before occupancy. Dry takes too long to dry clothes. Burnt out pans in kitchen need replacing. Cannot open balcony door due to traffic noise. Bathroom towels need replacing, threadbare and bleach stained. Overhead light in king room is cracked. All being said, convenient location.

Canmore Rockie Mountains

It is a lovely suite, well appointed, very clean. Walking distance to town and all local amenities and restaurants. Although the unit faces the highway, very little traffic noise was heard inside the unit. Valarie is an excellent hostess, she responded quickly when we reached out. We enjoyed our stay, very much.

Base for Banff

Canmore is a lovely alternative for a trip to Banff and the Banff National Park. We did not spend much time in the condo especially since it was a little snug for four adults. The shower was a little funky in the main bathroom but the water pressure was great. The bathroom and outside deck were a little dirty. We enjoyed the deck but needed to clean off the table. There was only one washcloth in the main bathroom and the washer did not work. We did not plan to do all of our laundry here just one load but were not able to. Valarie was very quick in responding to our questions.

Nice condo in Canmore

The owner communicates well, photos are accurate of the property. Parking is a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. I would stay here again, we all enjoyed the property and location.

Great Central Location

This condo is perfectly located for exploring Banff, YOHO and Kananaskis. It is walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and downtown Canmore . Valarie was a great host and kept us informed with all the codes and info we needed throughout our stay.

Great Central Location

The location and condo are excellent. Communication with property manager was fast. The only downside, which is not a deal breaker for me to stay again, is that you can hear the traffic traveling down the busy road all the time. Fans were in each room and running them blocked out most of the noise while inside but was really loud when sitting on the balcony.

We enjoyed our stay at Valarie's unit. The location is absolutely wonderful; close to downtown, close to the Trans-Canadian hwy. The only downside was the noise of the highway when sitting on the balcony but that was not that big a deal. We simply put the chairs in front of the sliding glass doors so we could enjoy the view without the noise.

Girls Getaway

Thought we'd take advantage of the long weekend & go to the mountains. This was a great location to walk downtown & enjoy what Canmore has to offer. It was very clean, & although small, we didn't feel crowded. The bathroom sinks drained very slowly, and the showers which looked spa-like, only worked in one bathroom. Would consider staying again

Beautiful Canmore

Property is well located and comfortable. The washer is broken which was disappointing. The owner alerted me about 3 weeks before our arrival, but didn’t repair it or update the listing information. The property is old and outdated, but it works. We don’t spend much time there anyway. The shower is amazing and the bed is comfortable.. We would stay there again if the washer was working.

Perfect Way to Visit Banff Area

Canmore is a perfect location for visiting the Banff area. It is a charming village in its own right and the condo is comfortable and very well located. The bathrooms are delightful and the beds comfortable. We would recommend this condo to everyone!
