Beach gear is provided! We have beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and beach towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the kitchenware you would need to make any meal. Great restaurants on the water at Port Canaveral are 2 miles away. Ron Jon's Surf Shop is 3 miles away for great surf lessons. Bike rentals are available in the city for enjoying the bike paths and is an easy way to get around. Grocery stores, bakeries, coffee shops not far. Right at the edge of Cocoa Beach for all of the souvenir and entertainment there. Free Washer and Dryer are in the unit. Large screen smart TV's in the living room and in both bedrooms. Extra large balcony to enjoy the beach and the sun. We are also very close to the Kennedy Visitor Center.

No candles or open flames in the apartment

Remember that neighbor residents live in the apartment full time including next door. Be respectful of their home. No parties. Cape Canaveral quiet hours are 10PM - 9 AM

Wash as much sand off as you can outside at the showers. If there is too much sand brought in and it takes our cleaning time a long time to clean it, you will be charged. It's not hard to do but necessary. Ants will come in unless you are careful with your food.

Throw all of the towels and bathrugs into the washer and start it before you leave. We are often checking one family out in the morning and another comes in the afternoon. It is the only way that we can accomodate all the guests.

NO smoking of any kind: If you smoke in the condo anywhere, you will have a $2000 fee to pay to help mediate. If you overflow the bathtub you will pay for remediating the water from the floor below.
