Bonita Breeze is a gorgeous, four bedroom and den, three full bathroom (one bathroom is accessible only from the patio and serves as a full pool bath) vacation villa situated in the highly desirable SW Cape. Centrally located with Gulf Access, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great amenities, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all essential locations in Cape Coral. It is about 15 minutes to Matlacha, thirty minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.

Bonita Breeze features beautiful décor, the four bedrooms are fitting for two families with two king size beds, one queen and two twin beds, the den offers an option for anyone who still must work while on vacation with a designated office space. The Villa can fit up to 8 guests very comfortably in this beautiful set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and spacious Bamboo design with a great floor plan and glass front doors that bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat. The home offers plenty of privacy with a split floorplan and a sitting room as well as a family room that is tugged back with amazing canal views.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen with its spacious island there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the nook area. From the kitchen one has a relaxing view to the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, relaxing in the jacuzzi, watching sports from the integrated outdoor TV area, or just watching the boats drive by.
There is a seawall and a concrete dock for canal fishing or boat docking. Also, a golfers paradise, the home offers a putting green behind the home where one can work on your golfing skills with unobstructed canal views. The owner is providing 4 bicycles (please use at your own risk) as well as 2 kayaks (please use at your own risk).
