A warm welcome to The Little White House, a newly renovated, brightly decorated, and modern holiday home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a relaxing “Florida Room”, with a pool and garden in the heart of beautiful Cape Coral.
The pool has a new electric heater and can also be solar-heated.
This house has everything one could need to fully unwind.
Enjoy some true Florida flair in the comfortable, gorgeously designed interior.
Each bedroom features a large closet with plenty of room. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower + toilet and the other with a bathtub + toilet.
The living area comes equipped with a 55” Smart TV as well as a Blu-Ray player and a stereo system. Only regional TV programs included. Each room has air-conditioning. There are also ceiling fans. By the lovely private pool, there is a gas grill and plenty of seating, perfect for some cosy poolside dining. The fan provides a cool breeze. The pool area also has loungers for sunbathing and plenty of towels.
The pool is automatic heated by solar, so you can enjoy your bath the whole time and if it is a little bit colder, you can heat the pool with the new electric heater.
Just outside the pool area, there is a garden that is great for playing badminton and football with the kids or even just for running around.
The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you could need for cooking and baking.
The wonderful Florida Room is the ideal place for reading, relaxing, and just about any other peaceful activity you could think of.
The cleaning fee will be doubled if you bring a dog with you.
The hot tub in the video is no more there.
The garage is not available for parking.

Well located , small house, very clean and comfortable. But owner keeps adding expenses, we Cleaned the BBQ grills but did not change the foil paper underneath and he is asking for 50 Euros for this 
. No live TV could not watch Super Bowl without additional cost. Heated pool was not working as promised, major leak which was not fixed for more than 10 days
. We had to add water to pool constantly. All in al would never return,.

wunderschönes Haus mit mega Betreuung

Wir wurden schon im Vorfeld vom HauseigentĂŒmer bestens betreut und auf Mails wurde sehr schnell und sehr höflich geantwortet. Vor Ort angekommen, haben wir uns augenblicklich sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Es ist alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Die KĂŒche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus liegt in einer angenehmen ruhigen Wohngegend und ist mit dem Auto aber alles sehr gut erreichbar. Die Betreuung vor Ort war mega freundlich und hilfsbereit, vielen herzlichen Dank fĂŒr Alles. Wenn wir wieder nach Florida reisen sollten, buchen wir in jedem Fall wieder bei Euch.

Relaxing stay in Cape Coral

My wife and I, and our little dog, Stewie, spent a very relaxing month at "The Little White House". Over all, the house is very nice, especially if you look at it as a "cottage", more than a house. The house was very clean, but definitely could benefit from some updates. The outdoor spaces, where we spent most of our time, were excellent. The lanai and pool are very private, clean and well maintained. The landscaping is really nice, cactus, palm trees, flowers, etc., but wasn't very well maintained. A little TLC would make it outstanding. The first few days, we had a little issue with the pool heater, but after Joe, the property manager, got it re-set, we were able to keep the pool at a nice warm temp and enjoyed daily swims and lots of relaxing time poolside. The neighborhood, and where the house is situated, is very nice...very suitable for morning walks, and close to all that Cape Coral has to offer. Originally, we were a little apprehensive about having to pay for our electricity...and everything's electric: a/c, heat, oven, pool heater, etc.,but we used them all as we would at home, and ended up getting $130 refunded from our "deposit", so it all worked out well in the end. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Cape Coral.

I thoroughly enjoyed my relaxing "me-cation in this home. It was incredibly affordable. My family and i have stayed in Cape Coral many times. This rental was in a very quiet neighborhood despite hurricane repairs. The king size bed was very comfortable. The larger bathroom could use updating although it did not effect my stay. The pool was inviting and warm. Annett and Joe the caretakers for the property were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They were absolutely terrific! I will definitely book again!

This was our second stay here and it was as enjoyable as the first. Home is very clean, comfy bed and has everything you need for your vacation. Very private, quiet neighborhood. Schönes Haus fĂŒr kleine Familie/Gruppe

Das Haus besitzt alles was man braucht und ist in einer super Gegend! Es war alles sauber und hat auch alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Auch möchte ich positiv erwÀhnen das man bei fragen rund ums Haus oder Aufenthalt den direkten Kontakt in deutscher Sprache hatte! Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal kommen .

BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED

The property was in a great location, next door neighbors brought us some cake. The house was so interesting with their decorations, it was clean, great beds & bathrooms. There were a few issues, we had never used ROKU TV and couldn't have local stations on, and we were shocked when the managers took pictures of the electric meters, the day we arrived and left. Got a notice that we had to pay 94.00 for usage. This was never stated either thru VBRO or the property listing. We were not very happy/ Other than that it was a nice rental. Everyone was very kind.

Amazing Stay

The house was so beautiful and comfortable to stay in. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the three teenaged girls I had with me used it every day. It was private and secluded. The landscaping was so beautiful, like a tropical paradise. The house was very well maintained and spotless. The beds were comfortable and the washer and dryer worked perfectly. We contacted the management company for a few things and they handled them immediately and were very kind and professional. We spoke directly to the owners and they were extremely helpful and patient with us. It was a relaxing, stress free and enjoyable trip. Private Paradise

We had a wonder time at "The Little White House", home was very clean, nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and a very comfy bed. It is centrally located to shopping and restaurants (a LOT) of them. The pool was crystal clear and pool area had plenty of comfortable furniture to recline or have a snack at the table and chairs under the lanai. The back yard is a tropical paradise and at night the light up orbs were were very cool. We look forward to visiting again as the owners and the property managers were just so pleasant.

Wir waren im Juli 8 Tage in diesem tollen Ferienhaus und hatten einen Top-Urlaub. Das „Littlewhitehouse“ ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, was eine Familie mit Kindern braucht (u.a. Perfect for us!

The Little White House was perfect for our family getaway. We were close to many things in Cape Coral. And, we went over to Sanibel twice. The property is a bit dated, but still nice and clean. We had everything we needed. Having the plastic containers for picnics was ideal. We enjoyed morning and evening swimming in the pool everyday before and after each day’s adventure. Having more beach / pool towels would be a simple improvement and more convenient. Thank you for a relaxing Spring Break!

This was a great place to stay. I spent most of tge time in the pool and it stayed very warm. Its has solar heat and also electric heat to warm it up a bit more. I would sray here again.
