This southern exposure holiday villa âWillyâs Coveâ was designed in a beautiful contemporary ranch style architecture. Completely renovated in 2022, the home is within walking distance to several popular restaurants and shops such as the Lobster Lady, Overtime Pizzeria & Sports Pub, a Publix supermarket, etc. Cape Harbor and Rumrunners Restaurant are also in close proximity. Further the property is close to Camelot Park where youÂŽll find a playground for kids and first come first serve tennis courts. It has canal access to the Caloosahatchee River and consequently the Gulf of Mexico and guests can use the private dock on the canal for boating. The house has a huge beautifully landscaped garden where children can play and adults can enjoy an outdoor oasis.
The classic-modern house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as a bright office. It offers plenty of space for an extensive family vacation with up to 6-7 people plus one baby crip. The living room has a large TV and a comfortable sofa set. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and another TV. The adjoining bathroom has a freestanding bathtub. 2 bedrooms have king-size beds with Ralph Lauren Bed Linen, the 3rd bedroom has a cot (twin) and a fold-away bed (twin). On request we are happy to provide a cot.
The kitchen is open to the dining area and has a counter and comfortable bar chairs.
The pool is equipped with an electric pool heater, so nothing stands in the way of bathing fun in any weather.
Enjoy sweeping views across the canal with a cocktail on the boat deck, or start your cruise from your own dock.
The house has free WiFi and 2 Xfinity flex streaming boxes. The streaming boxes make it easy to log into your subscribed apps and stream films, series and more in HD quality. Beach chairs, umbrellas and a small cool box are available for you in the garage. In addition, 2 bicycles are available here.

You are welcome to moor your boat at our jetty, but the lift is used by the owner himself and cannot be rented. Cars can be parked on the large driveway as the owner's car is kept in the garage.
The electricity costs are already included.
