Capri House

Capri House is a 3 bedroom self-catering home that lends itself as the perfect getaway for a family and pets! And yes, we are off the Eskom grid! This is a comfortable home with natural light and fabulous views of the village and distant ocean. A double garage and fynbos garden with an outside dining area for family lunches. Nip down the hill to Noordhoek or Imhoff farm for fun day trips and the beach is just a 10-minute drive away.

There is a two-car garage and additional parking behind a security gate adjacent to the house.

The house offers a remarkable garden and ample space for late afternoon games on the grass or an evening BBQ/braai as we locals say!

We offer kids toys and books, as well as complimentary use of a travel crib with mattress and high chair.

Capri House is outfitted with a 5.6Kw inverter, back up battery and solar panels.

When loadshedding, there will be a few limitations.

**The entire house will run as normal, we just ask tenants to please refrain from using any of the following equipment for the duration of the loadshedding.

Dishwasher
Washing machine
Tumble dryer
Electric kettle
Vacuum cleaner
Panel heaters in the bedrooms
Any device with a heating element (hair straightener, iron) or a Watt output exceeding 500-700 Watt, unless it is only used for a few minutes. While the inverter will not trip, it will put an unneeded strain on the battery.

Prior to arrival:
Tenants must download Eskomsepush, add Capri Village (zone 8) and allow for notifications to be pushed through to their smart devices so they are aware when the power is off. This is a must.
