We will contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and cutlery at check-out, separate waste for recycling and dispose of it.

Entrance into the bright living room with kitchenette, which leads to a veranda with sea view and a solarium, accessible via a spiral staircase.
The sleeping area consists of a twin bedroom, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

- groups of young people under the age of 21 are not allowed
- check-in from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and check-out by 9:00 a.m.; for check-in after 8:00 p.m., a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a cleaning surcharge of €30 to be paid on site
- deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after inspection of the property (if paid in cash, it will not be returned before 3:00 p.m.)
- Bed linen and towels: €40.00 for a double set and €20.00 for a single set (to be requested at the time of booking); cannot be booked on site.
