Experience our completely renovated and generously proportioned vacation home.
We have located just a block from the downtown Carlsbad Village, with only steps to the sandy beach/beach access. Walk to local village boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and the train station.

Your vacation home surrounds you with premium-quality finishes and furnishings at its finest, it boasts the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel/resort, yet, you can live like a local by taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for cooking. This first-floor unit is in a twenty-one-unit, garden low-rise apartment building. The complex has a total of three, two-story buildings surrounded by a beautifully landscaped courtyard and grounds as well as an inviting swimming pool and BBQ area that boasts two natural gas, stainless steel BBQ grills, all of which are conveniently located at the center of the complex.

For your convenience and enjoyment, we also provide a beach wagon, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and bodyboards.

My host Lily met all of my needs and concerns promptly. The condo is immaculate with all new furnishings. The beds were comfortable and all the appliances are new . I will certainly return here to stay. The location is perfect. Close to the ocean one block away and two blocks to downtown Carlsbad. The balcony is wonderful and the outdoor furniture on the east side of the building is new and comfortable.

Joys trip to the beach

Good stay. Overall the unit was in good shape. Well equipped kitchen.Did not get the code to get into the complex until we were at the gate so a little anxiety there. A/C units were a little bit funky but we got used to it. Will stay there again if we can get good rate for a week.

Great family vacation

As a family of 4, two adults and 2 kids 8 & 10, we had a great time staying at this property. The location was walking distance to everything in the village with a lot of great restaurants, the beach and activities. The pool was also a big hit for us, we just wish there was a hot tub after a long day out and about. The parking was great and there were even a few guest spots available. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back again.
