Worst experience I've had renting. This place was disgusting the host told us the house was cleaned and it was not once we arrived. Checking in the front door code did not work either. We rented the house for 10 days. When i spoke with the host i was informed that the house was cleaned and after i submitted photos of the entire house I was told a cleaning crew would not be able to come until tomorrow and that if we wanted to clean and remove all sheets from the beds and wash them I would receive a Cleaning fee refund for this which was a couple hundred dollars.I stressed that we could not accommodate having a cleaning crew come during the day as we were working over nights and sleep during the day. Speaking with a customer service I was told that its up to the host to provide refund and the host declined it. I was even willing to accept a 50% refund she stull refused. We vacated the property and booked a new airbnb elsewhere. I would not recommed this house.
