Welcome to Kerlaouen - in Breton La maison du Bonheur - spacious, bright vacation home in a peaceful setting.
Located near the Alignements and Carnac village, the beaches are less than 10 min away by car (2.5km) and accessible by free bus/shuttle from mid-July to mid-August (stop 800m away).
Ideal for vacations for 2 or 3 families or couples of friends. Kerlaouen is perfectly equipped to comfortably accommodate up to 10 people (including a maximum of 8 adults).

This spacious 6-room 160m2 house, renovated in 2022, is highly functional.
It features a fully-equipped kitchen, living area, lounge, 5 bedrooms with fitted closets (one on the ground floor), 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, private garden with outdoor spa and 2 terraces, free parking. Internet and WIFI.
Nursery equipment available: cot, high chair, reducer, changing table...
Linen rental at extra cost (rates detailed in welcome booklet).
Final cleaning included.

Accommodation :
Family home, renovated in 2022.
First floor:
- Large, bright living room with TV and WIFI, with access to terrace and garden, dining area with table seating 8.
- Open, fully-equipped kitchen (renovated in 2022) including dishwasher, induction hob, multifunction oven, fridge-freezer combo, microwave, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, toaster, Soda-Stream, crockery and cooking utensils for 10 people... Basic groceries supplied (salt, pepper, oil, sugar...). Dishcloths and towels provided.
- Bedroom 1, with double bed 160 x 200 cm and TV
- Bathroom with bath and separate toilet
First floor:
The upstairs is served by a staircase closed at both ends, for children's safety, and
includes :
- Shower room and separate toilet
- 4 bedrooms with closets or cupboards, with new bedding, comforters and pillows:
Bedroom 2: two single beds 90 x 190 cm (can be moved closer together) and wooden crib.
Bedroom 3: two single trundle beds 90 x 200 cm,
Bedroom 4: double bed 140 x 190 cm and desk area
Bedroom 5: double bed 140 x 190 cm

Exterior (all areas have been renovated for the 2023 season):
Well-exposed garden in 2 parts:
- A south-facing terrace at the front of the house (not overlooked) for a barbecue in the sun or under the parasol. Garden furniture for 10 people.
- A garden to the side and rear of the house, where you can relax or play with your family before heading to the beach. Outdoor games include Breton shuffleboard and molkky.
- You'll also enjoy a second terrace at the back of the house (also not overlooked), perfect for a sunny aperitif or a moment of relaxation and well-being in the newly-installed 5-person outdoor spa (available during the summer). Bubble bath, massage jet and relaxation will enhance your stay at KERLAOUEN.
- The SPA is open from April 1 to September 30. It is included in the booking price for July and August (7-night minimum stay). Outside the summer period, the spa is only available on reservation prior to arrival and at an additional cost (rates on request and payment on arrival).
- Free parking for 2 to 3 vehicles in the courtyard. Please note that the courtyard is not currently gated.
- If you rent or bring your bicycles, they can be stored in the garage.

board games for children and adults, outdoor games (molky, shuffleboard).
