Great stay. Perfect beach house.

Everything was clean and nice. No complaints. We had a great time. 5 minute walk to beach zero turns. 30 minute walk or 5-7 minute drive to the Fair on the boardwalk. A lot of great memories on this trip and this beach house was a big part of it. We had ages 3 to 60 and everyone had a great time. Bring your own beach towels they don’t supply that.

Great Beach vacation

We stayed for a week and the house fit our family of 6 perfectly! Enough space we weren’t on top of each other yet space big enough to gather. Beds were comfy and kitchen was stocked. Beach is an easy 5min walk. There are beach toys, beach wagons, chairs and boogie boards. We inquired before we left as it was not in the listing so we hauled our own stuff 15hrs BUT there is a closet full! Bring your own beach towels and hair dryers though! Great week at the beach in our favorite beach town!

A few issues

Upon arrive the check in was easy. When we walked in the door there was dirty towels, sheets, and kitchen towels in the floor by the door. When we walked up the stairs the kitchen counters were greasy and dirty, the floors were filthy, and the toilets were disgusting. There was a dead bug in one of the showers. And one of the beds was missing sheets. I had to call the property number 3 times and stay on hold for forever to finally speak with someone. Once I spoke to Christina, she informed me she would have cleaners come out to the property as soon as possible and would also apply credit towards my stay for the inconvenience. My family decided not to unpack because of the lack of cleanliness. So, we went to the beach while waiting to the house to be cleaned. Once we got back from the beach the cleaners were still there, so we hung out outside until they left. Once they left, we wanted showers and there was no hot water, so I had to reach out to maintenance to come out and reset the water heater (this was close to 10pm at this point). The stay after that was not a bad one, but day 1, upon arrival after the long drive and having to deal with what I dealt with was very unacceptable. I have still not been credited the money I was promised. When I reached back out to Christina via email, she said the request was sent over to their accounting department, and I have yet to hear anything else.

Lowkey and Easy

We really liked the property. Because we were just one family with a couple friends, the living space was perfect! The only thing that wasn’t great, but was fixable and did get fixed, was the cleaning crew didn’t do a thorough job before we got there, but the property mgmt sent someone right away to rectify the situation. Besides one TV not working properly out of 5 TVs in the house, we thoroughly enjoyed the our stay. We didn’t need all five TVs anyway – and it really didn’t bother us. We were just concerned that it wasn’t working and we wanted to report that it wasn’t our doing. The location was great, it was quiet and the beach was fantastic. I would rent here again and I would visit Beach again.
