Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home! FIRST time vacation rental. EVERYTHING NEW! New paint, floors, furniture, appliances and TVs! Open floor plan with lovely and comfortable furnishings await your family! Sleeping 10, there are 3 bedrooms with Queens and one bedroom with 2 sets of bunks. 2 spacious decks, front and back and a side entrance to the kitchen. Plenty of parking and room for outdoor games. Bring your boat, jet skis, etc. Rent a golf cart & enjoy cruising Carolina Beach. Very close to the ocean (4 minute walk), canal, north end pier and 4 wheel drive area. Outdoor shower. New Grill. Don’t forget your furry family member!

Great house to make family memories

What a great place to spend with family. The house was perfect for 6 adults and three kids with ample parking. Was walking distance to the beach. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for low key and quiet area. Our two pets enjoyed it to!

Jan’s Joy is a Jewel at Carolina Beach

We had the best experience with our family at Carolina Beach! Our family and pup loved staying at Jan’s Joy! We had wonderful communication with Bullard Realty and they addressed any concerns we had during the week! It’s been our best vacation spot to date!
