Great place for many reasons: ocean view, easy beach access (directly in front of the place), balconies (front and back), cleanliness, communication with host (before and during our stay), convenient reserved parking! I had a hard time finding oceanfront that also had enough seating for 6 adults, but this place was perfect, whether on the balcony, eating at the dining table, or hanging out in the living room. Though the place is pet friendly, there were no signs/evidence of pets being there before. Our little Westie granddog loved it. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Location was awesome! Thank you for sharing this nice place to stay. The kitchen was nice but some of the utensils need to be replaced, also the non stick pans need replacing which are too worn. The lower bunk bed mattress was so uncomfortable, it was hard to get a good night sleep. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

Andrew was so easy to work with and quick with all responses to any questions we may have had. We definitely recommend this condo to everyone! We love Carolina Beach and will definitely be back! The condo was very clean and plenty of room. Easy walk to the beach. We seen dolphins many times which was a plus. The pool was nice to have after a day at the beach. Definitely 5 stars!!

The place was clean and nicely furnished. Within walking distance of the boardwalk, although we opted to rent bikes.One thing to watch out for is the railing on the deck facing the street. It is about to fall off.Kitchen was well stocked with supplies, dishes, and even knives. No issues with washer/dryer or the roku tv.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

This was our first time at Carolina Beach and we had a wonderful vacation. The listing was spot on and communication with Andrew was super. We appreciated being able to bring our dog with us and letting her enjoy the beach. Quick Girls Trip

Perfect location for us! We loved being able to walk to the beach in minutes. The view from the balcony was so relaxing. Andrew was quick to answer any questions and often checked in to make sure things were good.
