Located only a short walk from Carrickalinga Beach this spacious holiday rental is perfect for families and friends.

Comprising four bedrooms with one queen, two double beds, and three singles, it can sleep up to nine people. The main bedroom includes an en suite while the second bathroom has a bath and separate toilet.

The large open-plan living area with kitchen, dining, and lounge is perfect for entertaining or lounging around. The indoor dining table seats 12 with the outdoor table and dining area able to accommodate for the same.

The reverse cycle air conditioner in the living area makes this an ideal holiday rental for all times of the year and facilities include a washing machine, bbq, and microwave.

Centrally located in Carrickalinga, this holiday rental is an ideal base for those interested in exploring the Eastern side of the Fleurieu Peninsula. It's just 25 minutes to McLaren Vale wineries and 15 minutes to the infamous Victory Hotel. And for those who love to treasure hunt, there is always the Myponga Markets just 15 minutes down the road.

Covenient spot

We have been going to Carrickalinga every January for 20yrs. We found the place to be very clean, property managers very responsive and took our two toy dogs which were secure in the yard on the main road. Only downside there is no dishwasher and the BBQ could do with a really good clean or upgrade. It is next to Side Hustle a pizza and coffee place and highly recommend the pizzas! Overall, would recommend and visit again.

great location within walking distance to gorgeous beaches. House spacious enough for 4 adults. Weather was cold & wet so missed having warm bedding at night. house though was basic but comfortable- loved having the xmas decorations out for the festive season! Thank you for sharing.

We stayed for 2 nights with our family and the house is located not even 5 min drive away from our favorite beach. A beautiful young couple had just opened a coffee shop right next door in the morning but they were also making wood oven pizza at night. Yum The house inside was very clean and has a very good space for the whole family. Outside needs a little bit more attention and maybe an update to the outdoor furniture and the chairs in general. we all agreed they were so uncomfortable to sit. Also you need to be prepared for the million mosquitos and little bugs that can so easily get in the house through the screen doors. Overall we were very happy with everything!

Fabulous Beach Stay!

Enjoyed our family holiday! 9 of us stayed with 3 generations. Facilities all good and surprisingly roomy. Great to have a property we could bring the dogs along, with gates that shut. Floors were easy to keep clean also. Would be happy to stay another time! Family loved it. Nice walk to the beach.
