With 2 pools, large landscaped gardens it is a very welcoming pool area with plenty of sun loungers, and space for all. There if the freedom to take your own drinks to the pools and play on the grass, etc
A truly welcoming atmosphere to enjoy the space with other families

It is a large villa, (4 floors) semi-detached with long drive(suitable for 3/4 cars)
It sleeps 4 upstairs and 6 downstairs comfortably, with large bedrooms throughout.
Linen/bath towels and pool towels included.
The villa is set back in the tranquil landscaped gardens, it has a very large private patio with built in gas barbecue and a gated wrought iron decorative fence for children to play outside safely. There is a separate very large roof terrace, and a large balcony(big enough for sun chairs and coffee tale) attached to the main bedroom.
It has a spacious grass play area directly outside the patio ...ideal for sports games or sunbathing.
There is a large expanse of grass and planting at La Hacienda del Golf.
The grass areas are perfect for children to play on, the picturesque swimming pool is large enough for lengths and a there is a separate good size toddler pool.
It is a small friendly community where the children make friends around the pools. Residents can take drink/snacks next to the pool making it very user friendly.

The villa itself is a traditional style 3 storey villa in pristine condition.
Family-owned, new to the letting market. It has top quality furniture/kitchen equip/bathrooms, with full air conditioning, replaced in 2022.

The entrance to the villa leads to a spacious lounge/dining room with a high ceiling.
The gas-fired fireplace adds additional heating and a cosy feel for any winter visitors.
There are light floor tiles & light leather sofas to provide a luxurious tone.
The lounge has a TV with a great selection of TV channels, a DVD player and family games. The property also has free fast WIFI. The dining area opens to a stylish fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hob, large fridge/freezer and oven, extractor fan, all the crockery, cafetiĂšres, glasses and cooking utensils you need for a home from home, with ample storage. There is a separate office with leather desk/office chair and 2 further chairs, printer/safe and cupboard space. Opposite is a family bathroom.
Two sets of patio doors lead from the lounge & dining room to a large veranda with wrought iron table and chairs, and plenty of space for sun loungers.

Inside is an internal staircase leading to a further roof terrace(large enough for 4 sun loungers) which boasts stunning views of the nearby pool and gardens - the ideal place to catch the last rays of the sun in the evening & sunset views. There is also a balcony from the upstairs bedroom which overlooks the pool.
Upstairs in the main bedroom (with the private balcony), there are twin beds and an en-suite with a double sink, shower and separate bath. Across the hall is another twin room with its own bathroom. Both have plenty of storage space, and can be made up as double beds on request.
Downstairs there are 2 generous bedrooms and a large family bathroom.
The first bedroom has 2 bunk beds(4 beds) and plenty of space for a cot bed/ toys, its own seating on bean bags, along with a desk area and TV. The other bedroom is a large double, there is lots of wardrobe space available for both rooms.

The Commercial centre, including the bank and the main supermarket, doctors, restaurants and bars are only a short walk away. All the resorts main facilities are within walking distance. We have a management company in La Manga Club should you need any assistance before or during your stay. We have a welcome book printed with all the important numbers for taxis/ doctors/ dentist/ restaurants.

La Cala beach @ La Manga Club has a very picturesque restaurant/bar is a 5 minute drive/ 15 minute run.

La Manga Club and the Mar Menor offer many other activities such as bicycle hire from next to the supermarket, scuba diving on a marine reserve, kite surfing, water-skiing, windsurfing, boat hire, go-karting, hill walking; as well as superb beaches which are safe for children. The marina of 'Cab de Palos', only a 10-minute drive away, is a delightful place to visit offering good seafood restaurants/ scuba diving and an opportunity to sit and enjoy the sea views. Murcia and Cartagena both offer fantastic restaurants and shops as well as many places of historical interest.

Family vacation in La Manga

We had a wonderful stay at the Hacienda del Golf villa. Communication was excellent with prompt replies, and the hosts went above and beyond with helpful recommendations – even helping us find a babysitter, which made our trip so much easier.The location was fantastic, perfectly placed for enjoying both the resort facilities and nearby attractions. The villa itself was spacious, well-kept, and ideal for families.The only small areas for improvement would be the bunkbeds – they have no sides and sit above a tiled floor, which felt like a potential accident risk. To be safe, we took the mattresses down and set them up on the floor, which worked fine. There was also a bit of an ant issue, but honestly, that’s not unusual anywhere in Spain.Overall, a fantastic stay in a great villa – highly recommended!

We had a great stay in a very nice property. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. The pool and surrounding area were well kept and pleasant to use. All the facilities in the villa were as described and were all clean and in good order. All in all a great holiday. We would certainly rebook without hesitation.

First visitors to La Hacienda del Golf 12

We spent two lovely weeks with our children & grandchildren in this spacious, comfortable, fully air conditioned, semi detached villa. It is very well appointed and set over four floors. The fourth being a bonus of a roof terrace. Great views and excellent for drying washing 😊. It is set in lovely landscaped, well kept grounds overlooking the pristine swimming pool and separate shallow pool for children. The area is quiet and safe for children. The villa is within walking distance of a vast variety of amenities. Supermarket, banks, pharmacy, gift shops, restaurants, bars, tennis courts, crazy golf, kids club (additional charge) etc. There is also a very reliable 24 hour, reasonably priced taxi service that we used frequently as didn’t hire cars. Jay, the owner was very helpful throughout the booking procedure and was always quick to respond to our few enquiries during our stay.
