We had our wedding last memorial weekend, I found this house perfect to host my parents and brothers and it was PERFCT! We are local in Rome, Ga and the location was great close to the downtown and the house is bigger than the pictures! The communication with the owner was kind and very nice! If you are looking for a house this is definitely your best option! Thank you so much Karen! We love it! Hope my family come back soon. Andrea.

Nice place with all of the amenities from home
Well maintained and updated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home. Home had all of the amenities we needed, and was located in a very quiet and safe community. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again. Homeowner was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive to any questions/inquiries. Thanks!

Comfy and clean
The house was incredibly clean and comfortable. Easy access to wedding at Proctor Farm and lots of restaurant options in Rome. Great communication with owner. If I could suggest any changes it would be to add a few more mirrors for getting ready and a full length mirror. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean with fabulous amenities
We loved the fuzzy blankets, extra washcloths, snack basket etc. The house had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and Karen was great to work with. We will stay again when we visit Rome.

Great house/ Great Owner
Karen was very responsive to questions and planning communications. The house was very clean and nicely decorated. We had highly unusual weather (11 degrees!) and when the house lost water due to frozen pipes, Karen graciously allowed us to transfer to other property a few miles away. She was incredibly responsive even though she was dealing with a very difficult personal situation. I would highly recommend this booking to others.
