Very pleasant apartment within a quiet residence on the second floor and adjoining with two other apartments (which I also rent with the same conditions with the same benefits).
Amazing sea views from the opening loggia with sliding windows.
Parking in the residence.
Small seaside village equipped with all practical amenities, leisure activities with many sandy beaches, pebbles, rocks. This place is an excellent starting point for many excursions to Cargese, Porto, Piana to the north but also to Vico, the lakes of Creno, the forest of Aitone and its natural swimming pools and further south Ajaccio, Porticcio.

Gut gelegen, geschmackvoll ausgestattet

Haben die Wohnung nun zum zweiten Mal gemietet. Für zwei Erwachsene ideal ausgestattet und aufgeteilt. Kllimaanlage neu. Alles vorhanden, was Mensch braucht, vor allem gut in Schuss. Wir haben noch einen kleinen Topf zum Eierkochen ergänzt. Umgegend ruhig. Neuer Hausbau schräg dahinter bald abgeschlossen, stört aber bereits jetzt nicht. Zum Strand besser mit dem Auto fünf Minuten fahren, der "Stadtstrand" ist nicht so dolle und wunderschöne Strände locken in der Nähe !

Gute Ausgangslage für Strand und Besichtigungen

Sehr gut eingerichtete Wohnung.Geeignet nur für Pärchen.Oben schlafen ab Mitte Juni nur mit Klimaanlage. Aber sehr gemütlich mit tollem Ausblick.Klimaanalage müsste mal gerichtet werden, da niedrige Stufe nicht funktioniert.Sonst alles tiptop.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Yolande qui est très aimable. L'appartement est très propre, il ne manque rien. Pour faire des excursions par exemple à Ajaccio et à Porto la situation de l'appartement est idéale. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très belle vue sur le golfe de liscia

Agréablement situé dans une résidence plutôt calme, bien équipé, en bon état, lumineux dès les premieres heures du jour. Le contact avec Yolande a été super agréable et bienveillant, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à 3 dans cet appartement duplex mezzanine à deux pas de la petite plage de Tiuccia. Sagone à quelques minutes en voiture avec de superbes plages également et une ambiance très famille en ce mois de juillet 2018. A une petite heure de route de Porto et du Capo Rosso, du lac de Creno et à moins d'une heure d'Ajaccio. Bien contents de la prestation.

Appartement fonctionnel , agréable , calme jour et nuit, avec splendide vue sur la baie , plages sympathiques à pied en qq minutes .... bien situé entre Ajaccio et Cargese -Piana-Porto courses faciles sur place et super marché à 9 km.... Accueil et aide très sympas par la gérante disponible et dévouée. Seul point noir : le temps y passe trop vite Christian
