Get ready to relax in this fully remodeled ranch home located only a quick walking distance to the beach and all the action downtown Caseville offers. This home is only three blocks from County Beach/Park, Dairy Queen, party store, etc. Enjoy all the festivals held at the County Park and only a short walk home. Close to everything but a very large private yard too. Features 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and 2 full baths. Heat and A/C but also each bedroom comes with ceiling fan as well to keep you comfortable. Our home has an open concept floor plan and is entirely updated all new throughout. Large kitchen comes fully stocked with what you need and features gorgeous granite countertops with a breakfast bar too. Family room features a large cozy sectional couch, TV, high speed internet, and sliding door that leads to the very spacious deck. Formal dining area offers seating for six. Living room features a large couch plus two recliners and is a great spot for board games, or just relax and read a book. Large deck offers lots of space for outdoor dining, BBQ, sunbathing, or just relaxing outside. Back yard is huge and features a bonfire pit, cornhole boards, plus a storage shed for all the beach chairs, bikes, and other things you will want on your vacation. Circle driveway offers lots of parking for vehicles, boats, trailers. Rear yard even has space for your RV’s to park should you need more bedroom space for your next gathering or have another friend or family member wanting to join you. Please send inquiry prior to booking regarding additional fee for RV parking. We try to provide everything you might need or want…cards, games, DVD’s, cornhole, bikes, beach chairs, hair dryers, iron board, etc.

This property was absolutely outstanding. Everything was provided for thoughtfully and easily - beach towels and outdoor grill - all the comforts of home! The yard is amazing and the interior of the home is brand new and absolutely incredible! The decorations are gorgeous. It's very close to downtown as well as the beach. Easy to walk or bike from this quiet neighborhood to anywhere you want to go in Caseville. If I could give it more than five stars I would! It's definitely a great place to stay to relax and spend time with your family! If you are looking for a clean, comfortable location to get away from it all but still close enough to all the benefits of the Great Lakes - this is the place you want!
