An exquisite 16th century aristocratic countryside estate privately owned by a famed noble family situated up to a hill, only a few miles from the Mediterranean Sea. The Villa offers magnificent views over the Island of Elba and the famous town of Castagneto.
In addition to the villa's swimming pool, there is a private access to the beach which is reached through the owner's estate that runs right to the coast. Here at your disposal a cabin to change, sunbeds, warm and cold shower and fridge, to be shared with the other guests who are allowed into this private area.

GROUND FLOOR: Entrance hall; dining room which can accommodate up to 14 people and a fireplace; a large library with fireplace; drawing room; double bedroom with bathroom and shower room; double bedroom for the exclusive use of the villa's staff and another single staff bedroom with bathroom; a large kitchen with breakfast area and fireplace; ironing room and utility room.
FIRST FLOOR: Master bedroom with walk in closet and en suite bathroom, 2 double bedrooms with walk in closet and en suite bathroom, 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 1 bedroom with twin beds a walk in closet and external bathroom. SECOND FLOOR (tower): single bedroom with possibility to add an extra bed, closet and with en suite bathroom.
