アットホームな雰囲気で、スタッフの対応は親切であった。併設のレストランが朝6時から夜10時まで営業しているので便利。隣接地にホテルとは別のレストランがあり、夜のみ営業していて夜中まで音楽が聞こえてきて夜間はややうるさい。

夜10時以降についたら真っ暗で10分くらいしてセキュリティが気づいてくれました。 ただ、次の日早かったのですが、朝食前にサンドイッチを用意してくれたり、ホスピタリティはとてもよかったです！また利用したいです。 wifiも問題ないです。

スタッフが親戚

最初の、部屋が厨房の直ぐ隣だったのか空調機の音ががうるさく夜眠れなずスタッフに言ったら深夜にも関わらず直ぐ部屋を移動させてくれました。どのスタッフもフレンドリーで親戚でした。食事は肉中心ですがサラダも有りレストランでの食事は美味しかったです。

タクシーですぐ捜せなかったが、Vacation Hotel前と言ったほうが分かりやすい。となりのディスコ風レストランの音量が大きくて閉店まで眠れない。ビュフェレストランのホテルだけあって、食事は良かった。繁華街にも近くロケーションもまあまあ。ホテルマンのサービスは良かった。

兎に角スタッフがフレンドリーでいい、 レストランも兼ねてテラス式なので気持ちいい（朝食込）　エアコンが旧式？かなりうるさい。出発日早朝だったので、朝食ボックスを用意してくれた。

街歩きには良いカモ

ホテルに多くを求めなければ十分満足出来ます。 私が使った部屋では、シャワーの水量は夜は物足りないけど昼間は強めに出ました。 トイレもシャワーも清潔感はありました。ドライヤーはついていません。 TVはNHKが見れます。エアコンは室外機一体型のタイプなのでうるさいです。 元々レストランなので食事は美味しいです。 ayalaにもタクシーで5分くらいなので買物にも便利です。 リゾート感覚はありませんが、ビーチやプールが目的でなく街歩きをしたい場合には最適なホテルです。ローカルとの距離は近いので何事も注意は必要です。コンビニにも制服の警備員が常駐してるくらいです。ただしホテルスタッフは親切でフレンドリーです。

コストパフォーマンスの良いホテル

周りにセブンイレブンやレストラン、屋台があり、７分くらい歩けばスーパーマーケットやデパートがあります。ジプニーも沢山走っているので、とても便利です。 ホテルは鶏がうるさいのとシャワーの水圧が弱いのが残念でした。朝食は１０種類くらいから選べて、生ジュースかコーヒーか選べます。どれも美味しかったです。 スタッフは皆さん感じが良く、セーフティボックスがロックされたままだったのを伝えたら、すぐ直してくれました。毎日バスタオルで象や白鳥、女の子を作ってくれて楽しませてくれました。

私は８日間泊まりましたが、毎朝鶏の鳴き声で目が覚めました。 隣で飼っている鶏だと思いますが、毎朝４時、５時ごろに鳴きます。 全般的には悪くないと思います。

落ち着く外観

セブ市内の観光と買い物のために1泊滞在。 フロントがない点は、過去にコメントがあったので、特段驚かず。 （ロビーというよりは）玄関で対応していただいたホテルスタッフの方は、大変親切でした。 客室は、きれいで普通です。 宿泊した部屋は、シングル。 玄関からは離れており、無料のＷｉｆｉは 電子メールの送受信レベルが精一杯。 ＬＩＮＥでの電話は、途切れ途切れでＮＧです。 場所次第という感じです。 今回の総合評価は、 当日、夜中に台風２号の直撃を受け、セブ市内のホテル付近が停電。 あわせてホテルも全館が停電。 翌朝になっても復旧せず停電のまま。 エアコンはちょっとうるさいかったのですが、 停電で使用できず、逆に静かでした。 外の暴風雨の音が響きました。 結論として、スタッフはいいが、ホテルとしての設備が弱い。 ということで、「２」としています。 停電がなければ、評価は変わったと思います。 朝食（停電でしたが、食べられました。） 個別注文。メイン、トースト、コーヒー。普通です。 夕食は外で済ませたのですが、 ホテルのレストランは、たくさんの方がいて、 繁盛している感じでした。 ここで食べればよかったと思います。

great hotel staff. location. breakfast＆dinner. almost center of Cebu City. it is not difficult to get where you want go any place. If you stay around Cebu city, I recommend to stay this hotel. I stayed 7nights. room is clean , location is good , really delicious breakfast&dinner , especially all of the hotel staff are so kind. you will totally satisfied to stay here. ７日間泊まりました！ とてもよいホテルです、この価格でこんなにもよいホテルに恵まれたのはラッキーでした。 ここを選んでいなかったら、こんなにも満足した旅にならなかったでしょう。 すべてのホテルスタッフに感謝です。 日本のアベレージのホテルの部屋を想像なさってる方には、十分すぎる部屋の設備はないかもしれませんが 最低限揃っており、またとても清潔な部屋です。 付いてくる朝食はとってもおいしいです！ 地元の方に人気なレストランみたいですねー

ホテル自身はよいのですが、、、

ホテル自体はＢ＆Ｂでよい雰囲気でした。隣接したレストランも美味しかったです。しか～し、、ホテルは夜10時過ぎには人がいなくなり何かあった時に対応がしてもらえません。。（要はレストランの人がホテル管理も兼任しててレストランが閉まると帰ってしまいます）夜は門番のセキュリティーの人が一人いるだけです。ただ、兼任しているレストランのマネジャーや店員さんはとても親切で、早朝に出発するので朝食食べられないというと持っていけるようにランチボックスにしてくれました。しかし、早朝出発して夜遅く帰ってくる場合は困ることが多かったです。部屋にドライヤーがないのとタオルが足りなくてもどうしようもなくて、、困りました。。ホテルが居心地いいだけに非常に残念です！

호텔 Room에 대한 일반적인 기대와는 상당히 동 떨어진 시설.. 그럭저럭 몇박 묶고 지낼 수 있는 정도로,, 그다지 좋다는 느낌도, 나쁘다는 느낌도 없으나, 단지 그냥 그럭 저럭..

値段の割に広く、そつのない朝食がいい

ホテルにフロントというものがなく、門番のガードマンが対応。レストランの営業がメインで、脇に部屋を作りました、という感じの宿です。朝食は選べますが、オプションでオーダーしたフルーツの盛り合わせと自家製のグラノーラが安くてうまくてこれを朝食にほんの少しの別料金を払って加えるだけで一気に満足度が上がりました。アジアのゲストハウスでは普通かもしれませんが、シャワーの出が弱いので、ホテルというよりはちょっと立派なゲストハウスに泊まる感覚でいた方が満足度は高くなるでしょう(^^)私的には十分満足でした。

Good budget choice

Staying one night in Cebu we chose to stay here. Quet with no noise from the traffic, confortable beds, clean. GGood breakfast With several Choices included. Everything for a resonable price. We also tried their restaurant in the evening. It was good. May go back.

Simple B&B with good location

I stayed at Casa Escano 2 nights in September 2013. The first night, there was a mix-up with our booking, and we got a room with 1 queen and 1 single bed instead of 2 queens. The hotel offered to give us a small refund, which we were pleasantly surprised at, but declined as the room had no trouble fitting an extra bed for the 4 of us. Staff are friendly and helpful, from showing us how to make 'towel animals' while setting up the extra bed, to calling the restaurant we were intending to have dinner at to make sure that they were still open, and reminding us to keep our jewellery before heading out for the night - this is important as street kids seem quite dangerous! We experienced them trying to steal from us the following night that we forgot to keep our stuff in the hotel. The room interiors are spacious, and mattresses are clean and comfortable, although the beds are a tad old and squeaky. Food at the restaurant is excellent! We had buffet and ala carte breakfast there for the 2 mornings(included for our room), and also tried their lunch. The hotel is also very conveniently located, and is very close to the port and downtown tourist sites. Although not all taxi drivers know of it, they seem familiar with the address and with 'Vacation' nearby.
