We have designed and furnished this brand new home in early 2022 to offer guests the experience of fine modern living in walking distance of Centerbrook, Essex Connecticut. The space
On the first floor, you have the formal comfortable living room with a Samsung framed TV (hulu, Netflix), an handcrafted wooden table accomodating 8 seats, and original art. The kitchen is fully equipped and all appliances are brand new. A convenient mudroom off the kitchen and large half bathroom.

On the second floor 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry with brand new stackable washer dryer units. The master bedroom has a king size bed, tv, walk-in shower, 2 sinks, a walk-in closet and a large closet. The 2 other bedrooms have a queen size bed and 2 twin beds or 1 king bed. Both have nice size closets and share a bathroom with tub/shower.

The lower floor is accessible from 1st floor but also has a private entrance from the back of the house. There you will find a family room with large sofa, 65inch tv, kitchenette with sink, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, a 4th bedroom with queen-sized bed and a bathroom with walk-in shower and a sink. Plenty of storage, a small table to snack on or play family games. Books and games are available too.

The covered porch has a ceiling fan and sittings to enjoy nature and morning coffees and beautiful sunsets. New Weber grill for your convenience.
Enjoy a fire pit with additional seats in the back of the house.
All amenities and furniture are new and designed for a relaxing stay in a gorgeous area of Connecticut.
Guest access
You can enjoy the entire house as well as the meadow. The large barn is on site but is not for guests to use. Behind the house you will find a public playground, basketball hoops and soccer/baseball field for yourenjoyment when school is not on session.
