The Neighborhood:
The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charlestonâs classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops â including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques â as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Awesome property for a large group. We were able to gather for breakfast and late night gab fests. Rooms were bright and modern. If you have an older or informed person in your group they need to stay in the downstairs unit as the stairs are steep and a tad rickety. Water pressure in bathroom sinks not great. Otherwise this is a 5 star property! Highly recommend.
Overall our experience was great. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable.Couple of small things need addressing.The kitchen Faucet needs repair. The front door rug is all over the place. Need rug that doesn't slide as easy.
This property was perfect for our family trip to Charleston! It was close to everything we wanted to do. We walked to dinner and to get ice cream. The beds were amazingly comfortable and we had a great amount of space for all of from age 14 mos to 73!! Would love to stay again!
The listing specifically says two side-by-side apartments. They are stacked with steep stairs. Otherwise, the apartments are clean and comfortable.
Check-in is at 4 (an hour later than usual) and check-out is at 10 (an hour earlier than usual).
Party of 12 fit perfect. Very comfortable and location was perfect for all of our needs. Management company very informative and responsive. Highly recommend.

The perfect location / property for a bachelorette weekend
The space was perfect for our large bachelorette party and the central location made it IDEAL. I couldn't have asked for easier communication with our hosts! Five stars and couldn't recommend enough.
We were with a group of 8 adults, 8 kids - was a great place to stay renting out full property and having both apartments to go between. The location is great to walk to almost anywhere, but was also a very busy college party street. We didn't mind and thought was kind of fun/funny to watch but is a very busy party area (at least weekend we were there), however mixed in neighbors having dinner parties on patios...so a great mix of all!
