Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.

This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun and or relaxing vacation. The house is minutes to the very popular Upper King Street district where you will find a multitude of great shops, bookstores, and fashion boutiques - as well as amazing restaurants!

You can walk anywhere and everywhere in Charleston, but just in case, here is a list of the top transportation services:



The DASH trolley is free in Charleston. There are 3 routes, and two of the routes have stops just blocks from this property. More information can be found with the route map on the DASH website.

We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my bachelorette party, and it was perfect! Great location that’s super close to King St (restaurants, shops, etc.), and it was spacious enough that we were all comfortable during our stay. The host was super responsive and they were so nice with helping us coordinate our check in and stay. 10/10 recommend this place.

This is a great place to stay. Everything we needed. Good location to King Street, shopping and dining. About a 25 minute walk to historic area. Communications with Alex were great. Would highly recommend this home.

Would definitely stay again

Great location, very clean, well maintained and decorated nicely. Only complaint is privacy issues in some of the bedrooms and bathroom. The doors are glass paneled and have a sheer white curtain that is see through. We put towels up for privacy. The main bathroom has a glass panel that you can see in especially at nighttime. Also put a towel up for privacy. Minor complaint. Would definitely go back and stay again.
