Overall very good. The only confusion I had was that I prepaid for breakfast and didn't tell them at the breakfast nor was I asked if it was prepaid.Thankfully, I confirmed at checkout and they refunded my breakfast charges. Had I not done this I would have double paid for breakfast. The breakfast was very good and thankfully NOT a buffet but fresh to order. My kids loved it.

Check in staff Mark was not friendly nor helpful. Asked about a cart and told they would be by the elevator. We had just come from there and they responded we have 6 I guess they are all in use. No sorry about that. No thing helpful, just seemed I was bothering him. I found in my 2 night stay that There are 3 different elevator banks that I didn’t know that we could have checked. The iron didn’t work in the room. My balcony room looked over a parking spot. Parking is extra. Should have stayed at the Marriott
