The staff was able to get me the same room rate as Expedia which I highly appreciated because I needed two rooms. The staff was very very nice. They have some really good products for free when you walk in and inside the room. I do feel the rooms could have been cleaner I used to be a housekeeper so maybe I'm a little OCD lol. The heater did not work in either my or my mom's it blew out cold air but the view overall I had a good day The view was amazing my first time staying in the mountains.

Room was gross and very dirty. Found pills, dirty q-tips, dirty floors, stained up bed sheets/ bed set. Room locks were broke, phone wouldn’t stop beeping all night. And staff was not very kind/ helpful.
